The property was very good with beautiful ocean views and a great location. The property is listed as having air conditioning but it only has air conditioning in one out of 4 bedrooms. There is no air conditioning in any other rooms. This seems misleading and it was warmer and more humid inside than I expected and I am used to.

Very happy with the property and location. Loved seeing whales and enjoying the wonderful views. The A/C in the master is pretty loud if you are a light sleeper. We did have some ants in the kitchen and the owner was very quick to respond when we informed them.
Condo was awesome. Bedding, view, kitchen accessories, beach equipment availability, access to hikes, local beaches and restaurants.
Had a great stay! The size and layout was perfect for six adults. Loved the views and watching sunsets from the lanai or out on the vast lawn. We also enjoyed using the property's pool, tennis court, and bike rentals.Air conditioning throughout would have been nice. I suggest using ear plugs in order to sleep with the doors open and block out the noise from roosters who began crowing way before sunrise. Putting the portable fan near the window also helped to mask the noise.
Our family of 7 had an incredible stay at this stunning VRBO! The cliffside location offers breathtaking views of the Pacific, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenery. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and ensured our stay was seamless. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable coastal getaway! Mahalo.
The property was beautiful and the unit was clean and everything was in working order: the beds were comfortable me and the kitchen was the best stocked with utensil and cookware that I have seen in all the rentals I have had. Check in and out was easy. Parking was a bit of a challenge. You couldn’t beat the view and if someone wants to stay in the princeville area I would recommend this unit.
We had a lovely stay at this property. It could use a deep clean due to its age, but we loved the receptionist desk, lime trees, hot tubs, and astounding ocean view. I would recommend this property.
This was an excellent condo with amazing views. We were extremely comfortable and our family (children and grandchildren) were very happy. Wine and chocolates as a welcome gift and coffee beans for the very cool coffee maker. We hope to return some day!

We were a group of friends celebrating birthdays and an anniversary. We feel in love with the house and the area. We spent breakfast on the patio watching for whales and dolphins. The house was perfect for us with the large 4 bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. We will be back.
We spent 10 days in Princeville and loved every minute. As described the condo views are breathtaking. We spent hours on the patio over looking the ocean and yes, we did see whales!The communication from Albert and Anita was great. All the details clearly explained well in advance. Check in and check out were so easy! The resort was great with lots to do and we tried it all. Hot tubs, swimming, putting green, shuffleboard and tennis. If we weren’t off to one of the many gorgeous beaches in the island we had lots to keep us busy.The condo was well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The thoughtful closet full of beach chairs and equipment was much appreciated. Everything was so clean and there was plenty of room for all six of us. We just loved this beautiful place.We would absolutely stay here again and hope to soon.
We had the most incredible stay. The Oceanview is unlike any other. It's not everyday that you can whale watch while eating breakfast on the patio.The condo itself had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, & it perfectly accommodated our group of 5 adults 3 kids. We so appreciate all of the beach equipment available for use. It made our stay fun and memorable.The location was fabulous, the on site amenities were great, and the sunset views were unmatched. Albert was wonderful to communicate with. Very kind, understanding, and prompt to respond.CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS CONDO ENOUGH.
The property is a four bedroom unit with fabulous views. The unit was appointed nicely. It was apparent that alot of personality went into this unit with the wall murals. The owners were very accommodating and responded to any inquiries promptly.
This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit and it’s been wonderful both times. It’s very well equipped and the views of the ocean and landscape are incredible.
Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was clean, comfortable and had the perfect location for exploring the local area, both on foot and by car. We loved the view from the balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessities. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, and more were available from the property upon request. All of the beds were quite comfortable and each bedroom had plenty of drawers and shelves for unpacking our belongings. Our only challenge was the rooster wake up calls, occuring at many hours throughout the night. If you are a light sleeper, I would suggest packing ear plugs. Other than that, the property was perfect for our vacation and we would definitely come back!
What a wonderful way for us to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family! Albert was so easy to work with and responded to communication immediately. We had beautiful views of the ocean, several rainbows everyday plus giving us a way to enjoy the atmosphere of Princeville and what it has to offer. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We all had our own bedrooms where we could find a bit of private time when needed. We just got home from the most perfect 10 days in Kauai! This condo helped to make our stay comfortable, relaxing and fun. We traveled with 3 of our adult children and there was plenty of space to be together and
We loved our stay in this 4bdrm/4 bath condo at the Cliffs. The host was always available for questions, the resort staff were wonderful for helping with small issues, the condo itself is a great home base with a layout thats perfect for several families.
This unit has the best view, just a glorious way to start and end the day with the sun and all the birds. We really liked the use of the resort amenities, including a lei making class that was enjoyed by all. We were very happy to have the accommodation of a designated ADA parking space, as the resort is not assigned parking. This unit is very quiet, in fact, we never heard any surrounding condo noise during sleeping hours and we all slept very well. These condos are built well! The beds are all comfortable, the temps were great for May and sleeping with all the windows open was nice for keeping things cool. Bring earplugs for those roosters.
We explored the north shore for a week and spend most of our mealtimes at the condo. It's a well stocked kitchen and certainly made for many a memorable meal.
The surrounding neighborhood is great for walks, especially the golf course views. Husband and I also took the resort bikes out for an afternoon and hiked down to the beach.
We were very happy to have this condo as part of our first time to Kauai. I fell in love with nearby Hanalei Bay, hired a professional photographer for family pics there, rented ATVs down at Kipu Ranch, and so much more!

The location is unbelievably beautiful with stunning views of the ocean. It was a short drive to Hanalei Bay where we enjoyed great food and of course shave ice! We had so much fun going to the beaches, snorkeling and then enjoying the resort pool and tennis courts. This was a perfect family trip. Loved it!!!

Our family, my husband and I with our three adult children and their partners, stayed at this fabulous unit in Princeville. Very accurate description of the unit, such a well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Everything you need for an island vacation in Kauai! The espresso machine got a good workout every morning, either before or after the morning walks, runs or sleep-ins! Great amenities, beautiful views with sightings of dolphins, whales and rainbows every day! Would highly recommend this rental -

Excellent property, awesome owner and management. Very clean, well-supplied, and exactly as depicted/advertised. It’s a bit older property, but some nice upgrades have been made. The kitchen and dining area is small, and w/8 adults it was somewhat cozy. But it’s Kauai; in our 8 days there we were rarely hanging out at the unit. Overall, we were pleased!
This has been one of our favorite stays. We have stayed the the Princeville Cliffs before, but this 4 bedroom unit, RIGHT on the Oceanside, is a new kind of luxury we really enjoyed! Highly recommended for family vacationing!
Our family stayed here for a week with 2 small children. We found the kitchen very well stocked and there was everything you needed to go to the beach and pool. The grounds and facilities are very well taken care of and our place was comfortable. Highly recommend.
