Excellent location for our Kauai vacation. Robert was very accommodating. Patio area has ocean view.
The check in and check out process is extremely easy. Everything, including adding air conditioning, was done through an app. The host is so dialed in with technology. Upon entering, my girlfriend remarked a couple times how clean the unit was. We went through the unit and were impressed with all of the amenities -- beach towels, books, laundry soap, and a closet full of items you can use at the beach including coolers and umbrella. There were cute little creative decorative touches throughout the unit like a flower on top of an extra roll of toilet paper and a bow made of dish towels on the oven door. The host provided us with a bowl of snacks. The unit has an ocean view and you can get to the beach in a 3-5 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay & the host was very responsive. We definitely would stay here again.
The room was very clean with a beautiful view from the balcony. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrella and walking to the beach from the room. The host was very responsive as well. Having the AC was well worth the extra cost. I would highly recommend.
Great location close to beach. Shopping/dining options within 1-2 miles. Unit was as described and communication was easy.

We loved our stay in this condo! The property manager had excellent communication and responsedImmediately to questions sent. There is so much space and we loved sitting on the balcony and watching and listening to the ocean as we ate. Highly recommend!
This condo was in the perfect location with an unbeatable view. The ocean view was just amazing and we would spend hours in the lanai. Also just few minutes walk down a green belt to the beaches. Will definitely return.
This was the perfect vacation home for our family! It is very quiet and peaceful, has a beautiful ocean view, and is in a great location close to the pool and a great beach for relaxing, surfing, snorkeling. The beach even had a bay for our son to swim safely. The house even has beach gear including a wagon, boogie boards, beach toys and a cooler which was really convenient.
The condo was exactly as we hoped it would be. Beautiful! Perfect location! Wonderful view! Private! Very quick response with any questions we had! We highly recommend it and hope to stay here again!

I booked this condo as I had a conference at the Grand Hyatt and this was only a 15 min walk from there along beautiful walking paths. We always like to have our own kitchen and this place had a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was nice, but got very hot in the afternoon. We found that, if we closed the blinds during the afternoon, we did not need the AC. The balcony overlooks the pool and tennis court. This would be great if you had kids, as you could sit on your balcony and watch them in the pool. It can get rowdy up until about 10pm and then it settles down. It was actually kind of fun watching the kids joyously playing in the pool. If you are a beach person, there is literally anything you could possibly want in beach gear in the master closet.
Property is in great location with designated parking, great communication, well-stocked. We got the optional A/C, which I recommend.

This place is the best spot to stay in! Close to the beach (just a few min on a beautiful walk). Also very close to shops and other gorgeous beaches. They had all the beach necessities (cooler, boogie boards, fins, umbrella and chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The home is decorated nicely. There is a nice breeze however the portable air conditioning is a necessity.
This is a wonderful property for the space and location. The condo is very spacious, comfortable furnishings, a well stocked kitchen, clean and quiet. The property manager communicates really well. The location is central to everything in Poipu. We really enjoyed walking down each night to the beach I. The evening and eating our dinner there.
We also enjoyed the lanai with the ocean view.
During our stay, there was a heat wave, so definitely needed the portable ACs and also needed the property manager to bring in a third portable AC. If you are going during months where it is going to be mid to upper 80s, You will need to pay the add on fee for the portable ACs.

What an island. It was our first time on Kauai. The condo was in an ideal location to be able to explore in every direction. Poipu sunsets were magical. The Beach House restaurant was amazing and super close. The condo had everything we needed. The ac came in SUPER handy.
The property sits overlooking the grounds, tennis courts, and more than a peek of the ocean. We loved sitting on the patio. It was particularly beautiful for star gazing. The condo has just about everything, one snorkeling set so we rented a few more. Comfortable bed. Internet was pretty good. Coolers, towels, chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, beach toys, etc. With the AC units (you have to buy separate), the temp was perfect for our July stay. A nice stay!
Completely enjoyed our stay here. Location was excellent, especially being able to walk to Poi Pu Beach. Place was clean and quiet at night. Our family would definitely consider coming back and staying here again.
This is probably our last family vacation - just the four of us. It was fantastic! Thank you for all the extras - boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, plenty of cooking utensils and pans. The property and location make this rental a great value. We are taking lots of wonderful memories home with us.

Our family enjoyed our stay and didnโt want to leave. The home is located in a great spot with a walking path to Poipu Beach and a deck that overlooks the water and tennis courts. Our family appreciated the close proximity to the pool and there were a variety of good food options nearby. The place had a well equipped kitchen, nice beach resources and was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the hostโs attention to detail and prompt communication. We definitely canโt wait to go back and make some more fun memories. Definitely felt like paradise!
We greatly enjoyed our stay in paradise! The condo is as pictured, has a comfortable bed and plenty of space for our family of 4 with 2 young teenagers that slept on the pullout couch. I loved my morning coffee on the lanai and the beach chairs and cooler were great for day trips. Everything was close by and convenient. I would stay again.
