The resort pool was outstanding and very clean. We enjoyed the hot tubs every night. The beach area was very nice with great chairs to sit and enjoy the view, particularly the sunrise. The unit is a bit dated. The tub had a crack that was mended and didn’t look presentable. The ocean view is partial. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
This unit has everything! I was so impressed by the quality of everything, from the appliances to the nice decor you felt like you were in a home. Great location. Great pool area.
We really enjoyed our stay at Waipouli Resort. The condo was wonderfully furnished, the location of the complex was very convenient, and we enjoyed the ocean view. Would definitely select this u it again.
Condo was lovely and decorated well, though the dining room chairs definitely need to be replaced . Please include in directions that building f needs to take the D elevator , we walked around in the dark looking for Correct elevator. Disappointed in beach by condo , u were unable to swim in it due to the rocks in the water, scenery was great off balcony. Disappointed there wasn’t a pool bar or snack shop to get a tropical drink by the pool
Amazing property in a great location. The unit was well maintained and spacious. The pool was very nice and we loved walking on the beach walkways to the north and south of the property.

Lovely property. Beautiful beach and pool area. We liked how centrally located it was. There is a grocery store across the street and another market 0.7 mile down the street. Condo is great with a well equipped kitchen.
The accommodations are top notch from the well equipped kitchen to the very comfortable bed. This was our second visit to the Waipouli resort and will likely be our third. Shopping and restaurants are close by (The Bull Shed was awesome only to be outdone by Hukilau Lanai). Our best excursion this time was Mountain Tubing (highly recommended, so much fun)

The property was lovely and a good location - not too far from the north or south which made exploring very easy. F401 was quiet and had a nice view of the ocean. It served our needs perfectly. The response from the property management team whenever we had questions was very prompt and friendly.
This property was great. The only issue we had was the elevator was in the building next door. My husband has trouble walking. The condo was very nice. We enjoyed the pool area and the onsite restaurant, oasis.
Everything was great! Can’t wait to come back!

Property was clean, well maintained, and as advertised. Great location and nice view. Kitchen had everything I needed. So handy having a washer and dryer in the unit. Property manager responded very quickly to any questions. I had no problems. We had a great time and would definitely be back.
Property was well maintained and clean. Had an issue with the keyless entry and the staff was there immediately to fix.
Enjoyed the pool area. The location for overall Island excursions is excellent.
Aloha! Great accommodations to put you right in the perfect spot to travel north or south to see the island. Owner included everything you could think of that you would need on vacation. Safeway shopping center is just across the street which makes it so convenient. The only downside of this unit is the parking lot at the side of the building. We wanted to sleep with the doors open but it was too noisy with people coming and going. We never tried the restaurant on site because it did not open until 3pm. If you are one that likes to be served at the pool this resort is not the place. Coolers are not allowed so make sure to take your insulated cups because they did help us at the pool and beach. Beach is rough but I saw people swim. Others said it was not a swim beach, maybe not for kids or for non swimmers. Overall, this was a nice resort to stay in Kauai. I would recommend if you are looking for a home away from home stay. Mahalo!
My son and I had a lovely stay in this condo. Even though we didn't do any cooking it was lovely having a kitchen to prep our on-the-go breakfasts and to keep drinks cold in the fridge. Having a full size washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. My son is 15 yo and said the pull-out sofa bed was comfortable. The king bed in the bedroom was great. I enjoyed the lanai with the view of the ocean. The beach is a short walk & it was lovely to watch the sunrise over the ocean.
There is no elevator in this building, but there is one in the next building. There was plenty of parking on site so we parked near that building and the door is super close to the elevator. Coming from the pool or beach meant a little extra walk to get to the elevator but it was not a big deal. We often took the stairs down and if you have the energy you can take them up & not have to get to the elevator.
There is a strip mall across the street with a full grocery store. We were told on our last day that the shave ice near the grocery store is the best in the area, but we left too early the next day to try it - next time!
We rented bikes from the shop in the lobby. There is a trail that begins near the property that goes along the water for a quite a while. I hadn't ridden a bike that far in years, but it was a very nice & mostly flat trail so I went farther than I thought I could.
Overall this is a well appointed and comfortable unit in a lovely area of Kauai.

Pictures are as described. Nice view of ocean sitting on balcony every am for breakfast hearing the sounds of the waves. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nicely stocked with all appliances we needed. Pleasantly surprised there was a nutribullet so we were able to make smoothies.
Only downside was a/c only worked intermittently. My husband had to fiddle with each day to get it to work. And of course the roosters but they are everywhere on the island. Just don’t plan on sleeping in. Overall one of our favorite vacations. We’d stay here again.

From check in to check out not one problem. Beautiful sunrises on our beach. Great location to all parts of the island. The condo was in great condition and had everything and more than we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Very close to grocery stores restaurants etc. All you need is right here.

The pool was fantastic for our group of 16. Great location on the island. Lava Lava Beach Club was a great restaurant and walkable.
Excellent property, only the parking is a little noisy. Infrastructure around is medium.
