Wonderful clean property. Easy access. Nice view. Quiet. Good central location on the island. Pool and resort would be great for children.
Stayed in condo H207. The unit was very spacious and nice with an ocean view. Close to the pool, elevator, and beach to watch the sunrise. We loved everything about this property!
My family had an all-around excellent experience. The Vrbo was very nice, clean and had a great location with some side views of the water. The building is right next to the beach and the pool for very easy access. The pool was a fun for us and our 5 year old son. He liked the sand beach pool, and the family hot tub that was suitable for kids, and he was finally brave enough to do the water slides toward the end of the trip. The restaurant onsite was only open for dinner and Wednesday happy hour with live music, but it had great service, excellent food, and perfect beachside ambiance. The condo was clean and easy to access, and had everything we needed including a cooler and beach chairs.
The unit fit our needs perfectly for our week in Kauai. It was clean, quiet, and easy to access the pool and beach.

Been to Oahu and Maui several times, first time on Kauai. Condo was very spacious, very clean. Property location was exceptional, right on beach and pool area was top notch. LOVED the pea gravel/pebble sand floor of the hot tubs (not sure what the official name is lol). Liked staying on the east side of the island and being close to the airport and Costco, and it was easy to drive to all other sides of the island which we did. Also, I did have to reschedule my stay before the second deposit was due and owner was very responsive and helpful in finding other units and booking new dates. Lots of mahalo for the hospitality!
Great property. Great location. The condo was super clean and comfy. Just exactly as it looked in the pictures and exactly how we like it. We stayed a week and were so pleased we booked this condo. Comfy bed and bedding, great tv, all the necessities you need for laundering cloths or cooking meals. Perfect location in Kapa’a within an hour of north and south of the Island and close to tours that originate out of Lihue. Easy access to the condo by keypad so no fumbling with key cards. Pools and beach seemed nice here but we didn’t spend any time there because we were out seeing the island. It was great being able to come back and look forward to spending the evening at the clean comfy condo after days of tours or hiking. I would definitely recommend stay here 100% again. We have stayed at many VRBOs over the years and this was one of the best!

Property was excellent for a family vacation. Parents could find a quiet place in the pool, while the 13yo made friends. The beach chairs and cools are a game changer! Will definitely return!
We rent 5 rooms, 1 one bedroom, 4 2 bedrooms. All rooms were beautiful, and decorated very beautifully, the beach view was great, and shopping right across the street was so convenient. Shave Ice Shop was so delicious! Also, a 5-star restaurant at the Sheraton Hotel was the best and right next door, we ate there twice. The pool with the water slides was a big hit with my 10 grandchildren, even my grown children loved it too. The river walk with the waterfalls and gorgeous landscaping was enjoyed by all 20 of our family group. Perfect for a huge family vacation!!

Excellent customer service from property management company
On arrival we found clumps of hair in the shower and bathroom sink and the shower drain was clogged with it. After pulling out the hair and plunging the drain to clear it, everything was fine.
We loved the location of the property which made it easy to visit both the north and south shores of the island and the apartment had everything we needed. We did have one night with noisy partying neighbors, but otherwise were not impacted by other guests.
Since our flight home was at night, we were happy to have the option to purchase an extra day to have a late checkout. We were then able to enjoy a full day of fun on our last day.
Communication with property management (Candace) was great. We had no problems with door code, WiFi password, etc.
We have stayed our last two times to Hawaii at the Waipouli Beach Resort and plan on staying in the future there also. The location in relation to the island is ideal. The resort is outstanding with about everything a person could want to have.
From the moment we got to the resort it was amazing! Pool was great and the beach didn’t disapoint. Our condo H207 was clean and had all you would need to enjoy your stay. Thanks to Candace for being so kind and available if we needed anything. Loved our stay!
