Shirley is a great host! Stayed in communication the entire time through out our 10 day trip. We had to evacuate for the tsunami which was not a highlight. Shirley treated us to breakfast for the inconvenience which was super nice! The condo provides everything needed to make a very nice budget friendly trip. Check in/out was easy and condo was clean. We tried to cook at least one or two meals everyday. Saved us a ton of money. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The location in Kapa’a is great if you are looking those authentic beach town vibes. Only 25 min from Princeville and about 40 min to Poipu. Definitely not a luxury stay if that is what you are looking for. My only issue was the bed was not very comfortable so it was hard for us to get a good nights sleep. I couldn’t use the pillows because they were too thick. Other then that we had a great time at Shirley and Tony’s condo!
Shirley & Tony’s place checked all of the boxes! The condo was clean, had great working AC, a well equipped kitchen making meals at home easy, and a very nice bathroom/shower. The balcony is beautiful with top tier views of the ocean and mountains to the left. The views were even more spectacular in person than any listing photos could ever show. The grounds at the resort are very well maintained, with local plants, common areas with the pool, ping pong, mini golf, a robust herb garden, beautiful koi pond & more. The location is also top notch with walkable restaurants and a public beach just a short walk away. It was perfect for us, as we were visiting mainly to do the Kalalau trail and explore the island. Kapa’a is a great central location for accessing the North & South. Our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer trip for more time at the condo when we weren’t hiking - we could have spent weeks here and felt right at home with all of the amenities. Shirley & Tony’s communication was top notch as well, and we would love to stay again in the future!
Clean condo that is perfect for two people. Great view of the beach. This condo has everything you would need to make your stay feel like home... kitchen cookware, spices, and beach essentials. The room is on the second floor so we did hear the people on the third floor moving around. Good location to drive to the north or south parts of Kauai.
Shirley made sure that we have a good vacation before and during the trip by asking our needs and provide specific instructions about check in and check out. The condo is clean and the view from lanai is beautiful. The location is perfect for commuting North Shore and South shore, close to restaurants, markets and special the bike/walking path right at the beach.
The condo was equipped with everything required for our stay on Kauai. From the kitchen utensils to beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. There was nothing we needed to buy. The location created a beautiful view from the lanai. The owners were fabulous hosts, so kind and caring. We would definitely stay there again.
Just a perfect piece of paradise.The condo resort has everything you need. The location is excellent, and the sunrises viewed from the lanai are spectacular. There is a beach front path that allows walking to restaurants great food trucks nearby. The inside of the condo was fully renovated with new modern appliances if you wanted to stay in a cook. There are also newer Weber grills out by the pool are if you want to BBQ. We had the best time during our stay and hope to visit again. Just Perfect!!!

Great place. The resort has everything you need. The location is excellent. Beach walk right out front. We rented bikes and rode the most scenic paved Kauai trail (14km) past Keālia beach. We could walk to restaurants and enjoyed the food trucks nearby. If you wanted to cook, the kitchen was fully equipped and had common condiments. We hope to come again soon. Thanks so much.

We can’t say enough about our stay. The condo was super convenient to dining, shopping, groceries, and activities. The upgrades inside were fantastic and the daily sunrise from the lanai was amazing. Shirley was an incredible host checking in on us during a week of uncertainty weather wise.We would love to come back.
Condo is located in a great central location, access to both sides of the island, close to shopping, just far enough from the airport. Nice complex, with a pool & hot tub, games available on the property. Also you can sign up for a nice chair massage by Kimo.
The condo has literally everything that you need. It wasn’t hard to settle in & make ourselves at home. The extra touches go a long way in making you feel right at home. The view from the deck is really wonderful. Sunrises are extra special. The walking path is a bonus and the beach is right thetr when you walk out to the walking path
I didnt swim there,but it's a nice place to hang out. You can walk io all kinds of shopping, restaurants and other activities.

This condo was absolutely incredible; extremely clean, spacious and peaceful. The hosts, Shirley and Tony, are the best! Their communication with us was exceptional, and they were responsive to anything we might have needed. Located on the 2nd floor, the condo is only 100 feet from the ocean, and has a fantastic ocean view from the kitchen, living room and balcony. It was wonderful to be able to hear the gentle ocean waves. The unit was tastefully decorated, and all of the furniture was very comfortable, including the bed. The full-size kitchen has high-quality appliances and was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare food and drinks. We really appreciated the A/C in the living room and bedroom. The building has an elevator which was very convenient. There were plenty of toiletries and everything you need for the beach including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, etc. Kapaa was the perfect middle ground town with only a 20-30 minute drive to the north and south shores of the island. We will definitely stay at Shirley and Tony’s condo again the next time we visit Kauai.

This condo is absolutely lovely from the Hawaiian decoration to the view. The hosts haven’t forgotten a thing and is completely outfitted with everything you’ll need for a comfortable and fun vacation.
Thank you for lovely stay. The unit was well furnished, and the location was excellent for the beach and getting to the rest of the island. The resort is nicely maintained. We enjoyed the resident chickens, too. Great birthday celebration. Mahalo.
