We loved this condo. The view is breath taking! Nicely stocked with all the amenities. This unit does have beach chairs and umbrellas. Centrally located for excursions to the north and south. Safeway across the street it perfect. We would love to come back!
Such a fabulous place to stay. From the location to the pool to the lanai. Everything was perfect. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Kauai.
We loved this property. My mother and mother in law stayed at this unit and enjoyed the central location and being able to get around the island easily. They absolutely loved the pool complex next to the beach. They loved the view most of all and spent many days on the balcony overlookingthe pool and the beach.

Overall, very excellent marks across the board. Inside our place was very nice beds, good AC, excellent showers and appliances for cooking, etc. So a very comfortable space. The community grills down by the pool were average...somewhat falling apart but usable, need your own lighters to get them started, would take very little maintenance to keep them in excellent condition. Inside the condo, the sliding glass doors really need to be serviced (as stated in a previous review) so that they are not so incredibly hard to open and close. Property mgmnt responsiveness was very good. Overall, excellent experience.
Views were amazing. Pool was great. Room was clean. Wish there was more laundry detergent to use while staying. Place was great otherwise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your place. It was very comfortable and such a beautiful view from the lanai. That's what really convinced my choice. The location is great to explore from also. We had some fabulous meals at the Aloha Restaurant on site and would love to stay again in the future.
Easy commute to everything we wanted to see and do. Nice grounds with a decent beach area. Condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Nice view
Unbeatable ocean views, spotlessly clean and everything felt brand new. Everything you need is there, right down to a beach umbrella and beach chairs. Location across the street from Safeway and Starbucks is awesome and also just a few blocks from the5 mile beachfront path. Restaurant doesn’t open until 4p, but good and views are great.
The location is perfect for us, I love the sunrise from the patio. This is our second stay in H402.The room hasn’t changed much in 8 years. It’s getting a little bit worn I’m sure from all the use.Walls need patching and painting. Door handles and sliders are hard to open. A good week of maintenance will probably help.

Beautiful condo and location. The only downside was having to put one of the screen doors back in its tracks. It was just hanging out on the lanai. Also, one of the sliding doors in the living room was very difficult to close. Other than that, everything was perfect and I would definitely stay here again! Aloha
We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was perfect, it had everything we needed!
We loved our stay at the ocean from Waipouli condo. The two master setup was perfect for us as two adult couples. The VRBO listing is 100% accurate, checkin/checkout was easy & communication with the hosts was excellent throughout. The condo location is perfect if you're trying to do things on both ends of the island as we were. It is a bit unnerving to be right in the heart of town and yet still right on the beach but we were easily able to put that out of mind as we settled into the beach lounge chairs. The pool/slide setup would be perfect for families with smaller children but we preferred to relax under the palms along the beach. THe onsite restaurant was excellent - we ate there 3 times and enjoyed it every time. Will definitely come back nex time we come to Kauai.
We loved the property. We wished the restaurant on resort was open for more than just dinner but the room was beautiful with an amazing view and we ended up eating a lot of our meals in the room. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed and having the two on-suites worked out great for us with our teenage daughter. Mahalo for making your home available to the rest of us.

We recently stayed at Waipouli Beach Resort, room H-402. This was an amazing condo, 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The assortment of beach items in the room for your use include:
4 beach chairs, 2 different size ice chests, 2 different size umbrellas, masks, snorkels, swim fins and an assortment of kids sand toys.
I think this particular room probably had the best view of almost any other room at this resort.
The is a Safeway right across the street, plus several other places to shop and eat.
This is o located on the east side, it’s halfway from either side of the island.
This is our 2nd time at this resort, we will definitely be back.

The condo has a nice view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. We slept with our sliding door open every night and the sound of the ocean was so comforting and peaceful. We highly recommended staying at this property!

Our stay was comfortable and the views were breathtaking! Everything we needed was just steps away including an icredible beach and a terrific pool with multiple hot tubs. Conveniently located across the street from a grocery store, shaved ice and ice cream. You can walk everywhere! I highly recommend this gem!

From the moment you open the door, you feel the excellence of this unit. The view is amazing, the bed SO comfortable, huge well stocked kitchen, convenience of having a washer/dryer, lots of closet space & such a convenient location. We would love the opportunity to stay again. On site, the lazy river is not your 'usual' lazy river where you can float in a tube around it. No tubes are allowed so you just swim or walk it. Plenty of chairs & umbrellas around the pool area & very nice well stocked gym.Prior to arrival, I asked our 'on island home host' an important question but never received a reply. Fortunately, I didn't need any additional help while there. Recommend the following restaurants: Bubba Burgers, Monica's for Mexican & Duke's!
