The condo was exactly as it was listed. The views from the Lanai were breathtaking. The kitchen had every amenity imaginable. It’s very rare at my wife and I find beds that are comfortable, and the king bed was one of the most comfortable that we have slept on. We certainly hope to return one day
From the moment we opened the door, we knew we had chosen well. The view is fantastic and made spending time at the condo an enhancement of our visit to Kauai. We spent our mornings and evenings watching the sea turtles cavorting in the water, and the waves crashing against the rocks. What a fantastic location. The unit was clean, well-kept, and perfectly appointed. I can't think of a thing we wished they'd provided; everything we didn't even know we'd want, was there. Heck, there was even an ukulele. The hosts clearly know what visitors want and need to make their stay a success. We felt so comfortable and relaxed. Thank you so much for making our visit to the south side so wonderful.
Great stay in Poipu! Condo is as advertised and the view is awesome. Loved watching the surfers from the balcony. Good location close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Condo has all the beach equipment you will need. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Couldn’t have been any better! What a location! Waking up every morning and drinking coffee on the lanai, watching the surfers at sunset, incredible breakfast, dinner and drinks nearby. Rick immediately and thoughtfully responded to all messages, a perfect host. We’re already planning our next trip back!
The property looks exactly as it does in the pictures. When you walk through the door, the first thing you see is the view of the ocean. In the morning, you can sit and watch the sea turtles roll in the surf directly below your lanai. This condo is supplied with all basic amenities you will need plus a few you wouldn’t expect. It has modern updated appliances. We will be back soon!
The codo was exactly as pictured and described. Every item that you could need was at your finger tips. The kitchen was a chefs dream. The views from balcony were beautiful and very relaxing for am and pm viewing. Would highly recommend this unit.
The condo was a joy to call home for the week we were in Kauai. Beautiful interior, lanai facing the ocean, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The location was perfect for all the fun activities we participated around the island. Seeing turtles each morning was an extra delight.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is immaculate, well appointed, comfy beds, loaded with beach gear. The view from the deck cannot be beat. We watched sea turtles and surfers every day and out of all of the beaches we snorkeled on island, the beach right next door was the best. Highly recommend!

We were specifically looking for a location that would be walkable to dining, beaches, shopping and outdoor running paths. Rick’s place hit every mark! This condo is central to everything you could need or want in the South - it’s also beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean! Rick has every kind of water toy/boogie board/beach chair tucked right in! Snorkeling at Lawai Beach is INCREDIBLE! Our teens were thrilled!
Authentic Kaua’i bites less than 5 minutes from the condo at Kukui’ula Market - fresh poke, açaí bowls and local fare in the market to take home! Multiple shave ice shops in walking distance - Riptides & Uncles. Easy walk for a morning coffee and fresh local fruit stands, coconut drinks that pop up along the side of the road daily! You will not be disappointed & like us, will never want to leave! Mahalo Kaua’i & Rick for a most memorable trip to this beautiful island!
We spent a week at this condo and couldn't have been more happy with our choice. Rick was great with communication before the trip and super responsive to any of our messages during our stay.
The condo itself was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances. It has everything you will need for meal preparation. It also has recreational gear for enjoying the beautiful beaches of Kauai - beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and a cooler to keep your drinks and food cold. Everything in the condo was very well organized.
The lanai provides an incredible view of the ocean and has comfortable chairs for enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. We saw sea turtles and spinner dolphins (and of course the surfers enjoying the waves)
The bedrooms were comfortable. Each room includes its own A/C unit and ceiling fan, and has ample storage for your clothing.
The main living area was a large great room with kitchen, dining, and living areas. It also included an A/C unit.
Lawai beach is a short walk from the condo and has some great snorkeling. The Shops at Kukui'ula is a convenient 2 minute drive. In addition to the shopping you will find some excellent restaurants, ice cream, and shave ice. There is also a Long's Drugs. Poipu Beach, Brenneke's, and Kiahuna are 3 beaches with just a 5 minute drive.
We will definitely be back...
Rick's place was exactly as the pictures showed. Very Clean, lots of stuff in pantry and drawers. Plenty of very nice Towels/Wash Cloths etc. While we did not use the water sports equipment, we were impressed with how many things Rick had available for guests. Would certainly rent Ricks place again.
This property was ahhhhmazing! The view does not disappoint, it’s just stunning! The waves crashing and the beautiful view is perfection! The place is designed perfectly with so many amenities. Rick was always available with any questions we had throughout our trip. Definitely book this property!

It was an amazing location and the inside is very cute on the inside. Very colorful and well take care of. The view is amazing, as we got to see whale spouts, turtles and beautiful blue waves.
I was already familiar with this property, but this particular unit was beautiful, amazing views and very quiet. It had everything we wanted/needed plus we could walk over to the beach or Beachhouse restaurant. Highly recommend.
We have stayed in this condo multiple times and it always delights. Spotless, well equipped, comfy beds, and all the comforts of home. And location, location, location! We spend our early early mornings on the lanai with our coffee and the soothing sounds of the ocean waves, as the sun peaks over the horizon. And our evenings on the lanai toasting another gorgeous day on Kauai.
The ocean views from this newly renovated and clean unit are amazing. I say this as a Hawaii resident familiar with ocean views. This unit is second to none in its views. The unit was clean, well stocked, updated and perfect in every way. Well located in Poipu. Highly recommend and will stay there again for sure.
From a very comfy bed to the lanai for morning coffee and welcoming the day watching turtles and whales. Great well-equipped kitchen with wonderful table views of the ocean. Next door to good snorkeling at Lawai Beach. Home from activities to plenteous hot water for showers with pleasant soaps and shampoos and big fluffy towels. Watching the sun sink into the expansive ocean from the lanai, followed by an always interesting “parrot walk.” Overall a great vacation in beautiful Kauai.
I really enjoyed staying at this condo. The views of the ocean out front were amazing and it is in a prime location near beach for snorkeling and several shops for eating and shopping nearby. The condo was clean and well stocked with beach items as well as everything you would need for cooking. I appreciated that the kitchen dishes, cookware, etc were in excellent shape. Rick was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly whenever I had questions. I hope to return in 2024.
