This property is as close to the water as promised. When I slouched on the sofa, it created the optical illusion of the waves coming right under the balcony. The property provided a very comfortable and convenient place to stay on Kauai.
The condo has mesmerizing views and with two sides glass windows to the living room . The ocean thunders right into your living room. The bedrooms are dark and a bit musty. The living room has too much furniture and hard to move around. There are a huge number of beach accessories, chairs etc. which is great.The privacy is a little low and the neighbors are a little rude (only a few). A little away from swimming beaches, ideal for surfing. The floors had sand if you walked bare foot. Seemed pricey for what it offered. Host was responsive.
The Manager made this condo an absolutely lovely stay. Excellent communication skills and does every thing possible to make stay enjoyable. We loved watching the surfers. Excellent location. We were blessed!

The view from the lanai is amazing. Every morning we'd have coffee watching the surfers. You truly are just feet from the coastline. The unit has comfortable Hawaiian furniture and a very tropical feel. Kitchen has everything you need. There are lots of things for spending the day at the beach--chairs, umbrella, cold chest. Lovely unit.
A wonderful time. The view of the ocean was fantastic and daily we watched turtles, whales and surfers. The sound of the ocean was soothing. The owner was responsive to questions - before and during the trip. We will definitely rent this condo again.
This property has to be the one of the best we have stayed parking plentiful view from the rear of the beach to die for

This condo's location provided the perfect opportunity to hear and view crashing surf. It's conveniently located and allows you to access both Princeville and Waimea easily. The condo was nicely outfitted and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need for a stay in Hawaii. It really helped to make our trip to Kauai special and memorable.
This condo is great! As others have said, the view is unbelievable. We really enjoyed our stay here.
You can't get more oceanfront than this!! Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and watching the surfers every morning was so peaceful. The beach house is right next door and is our very favorite place to eat. The unit has been very well taken care of and very clean. We would love to rent this unit again in the future.
