Great location in Princeville and great location within The Cliffs, building 9 with great views. Only negative is that a/c units only cool bedrooms, so at times condo still very stuffy. Also understand that island is hot and humid, but bathroom vents were covered in mold/mildew and main bedroom a/c unit smelled like it needed servicing. Plus bathroom towel hook was hanging precariously off the wall. Overall a great place to stay though.
This property had absolutely everything we needed and we wish we had booked it for longer. The views were amazing, the place was well maintained and had everything we needed. Our family would highly recommended this place! Remember there are only stairs to the condo.
Very nice and comfortable place to stay. It was everything we were looking d for.

This unit at the Cliffs at Princeville was beautifully decorated with gorgeous views of the ocean and the mountains. We enjoyed many evenings sitting on the porch gazing out at the sunlit palm trees, the mountains and the vast open ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, coffee makers, air fryer, and nice large fridge. The washer dryer was a stackable version which was perfect for small to medium loads. The entertainment center offered many movies on DVD which we did watch a couple and there were many wonderful books about Kauai to peruse. The master bedroom was very large, beds were very comfortable. The loft upstairs had 2 large queen beds excellent for 3 or more children or teens. There was AC in the master as well as upstairs and on several hot humid days we took advantage.This unit on the third floor is accessible only by outside stairs but it was no problem for our family 5. One wonderful surprise was the collection of beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, snorkle equipment and boogie boards. We used several and it was such a delight. The pool was very enjoyable as were the 2 separate hot tubs. We enjoyed meeting and getting to know several nice guests. At sunset guest come gather on the ocean side lawn to watch the sun go down. Just watch out for Nene goose poop on the lawn. We loved our stay but one annoyance was paying for parking daily ($10 per day) and sometimes having no where to park. It depended on how late at night you were out as to parking availability. There were bikes you could borrow (we wanted to but ran out of time). There were community grills but we didn't use them. Overall wonderful, definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful, well appointed condo. It is up three flights of stairs but that makes the views incredible. We ate every meal for three weeks on the lanai. Our friends stayed in the loft for half the time. There is no door to the loft so if someone really needs privacy in the second bedroom, they might not like it. But we found it to be perfect. We cook a lot and had everything we needed plus great looking Hawaiian china. I wish we could live here. Oceanfront was super responsive to our minor issues as always. Oh, and we saw whales from the lanai in late April. Pool and hot tub are great. And the place was spotless.
Beautiful location in Princeville. An extremely special unit that has views of the mountains and the ocean. With that said, everything else about this property is average. The place was clean, but everything inside seemed a little older. The property had many amenities that were again very average including a tiny gym and very full garbage/recycling bins. The people who worked the front desk were extremely rude and off putting in every interaction our group had with them. I don’t fault the property for that, just something to notice as they are essentially the face of the property.
We loved this stay! It slept 4 adults comfortably without us feeling like we were on top of each other. The loft is a little warmer than the rest of the house, but there are multiple fans tucked away in the closet for use. Cools down nicely at night.
Great morning views from the lanai, and only 30 second is walking distance to chairs by the Cliffs to watch the morning waves.
Great location and would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The property was as described and in a great location for exploring the north shore of Kauai. Views from the property are amazing.

Fabulous condo in a great location. Welcome desk was kind and helpful. Condo was hot and stuffy upon arrival, but cooled off quickly once windows were open and fans turned on. Did not have to use the AC. Very well equipped. Would have appreciated a guide book or two. Very comfortable beds. Fantastic views. Really appreciated the email updates of activities on the island. The art and music festival on Wed. Afternoon at the golf course was wonderful. The walk up window at the golf course served excellent bar type fare. Nice place to get lunch. Great stay, we hope to be back.
