Just the two of us and enjoyed the view, the quiet (except the crazy roosters lol) the laid back feel of this location. Easy commute to any part of the island and the airport. Worked out great for us.
Beachside location was the best and the grounds were maintained very well. The unit was clean and it was wonderful that there were beach/hiking equipment to use such as body boards, hiking poles, folding chairs, etc. Property management was friendly and helpful. Just note of nature’s morning alarm….roosters.
We had a wonderful time and had everything we needed for our family of four. Great full moon over the water on our second night to light our stroll on the beach just steps away.
The bedroom is facing the parking lot and park access so it is loud.

I love staying at this property because it is centrally located on the island. The grounds are secure and love being close to beach.
The roomʻs view was just like the photo. Well kept, responsive staff, from security who checked us in, to front desk and IT person. Central, between Lihue and Kapaa. Would stay again!
We selected the property for a full kitchen and we were not notified that the regular refrigerator was broken. The food we placed in there were spoiled. It was then we realized why there was a second mini-refrigerator on the counter. Throughout our stay, we couldn't stock up the mini refrigerator because it was very small and ended up eating in restaurants. It was obvious that this is a known issue that was not managed correctly. When we reported the issue, we felt the staff didn't acknowledge our frustrations and inconveniences and just made sure we were checked out timely.
The property was clean, had a great view and close to the beach.
Enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable, spacious unit. Had everything you would need to cook if desired. Bed was comfortable.
The space of this unit was nice. The property was nice and quiet . And near a beach. But i overlooked the fact that this whole property has no air conditioning. And the fan in the main room hardly moved. We had to leave and book a room at a hotel. So I paid a lot for a place we didn’t stay in.
Condo was perfect. I will stay here again.
This condo is perfect! The view is spectacular and every morning you are greeted with a beautiful sunrise. The drive from the airport was nice and quick after a long flight and the condo itself had everything we needed and was well kept. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
