Great location! Rental was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony. Host was very responsive.
Check in was great easy to access kitchen was used and had everything I needed location amazing close to everything loved hearing the ocean the pool was good I feel we had a real hawaiin experience roosters and all will be back thank you Jane

Everything about this place and the island of Kaua’i was an amazing experience. Jane communicated with us so well and in a timely manner. The studio had everything we possibly could need for our one week stay! We hope to be back soon! 10/10!
Jane's condo was well-stocked and thoughtful.Nice view and comfortable condo.
We really enjoyed the location of the condo. Jane is a great communicator! I wish there had been mention of the roosters in the empty lot outside our unit. They started crowing around 3:00 a.m each day. They got progressively louder after that. By 6:00 it was impossible to sleep. That was really frustrating. Part of the window didn’t have a curtain so the morning sun really shines on you. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on cardboard and the pillows were completely flat. Decor, lighting and paint really needs to be updated throughout the entire unit. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels and umbrella.
My husband and i stayed for 10 days. It was a clean place with just enough room for the two of us. Walking distance to a little beach and some shopping. The only thing my husband had trouble with was the shower haha! He is 6 foot 2 and he had to bend down to be able to use it. It was not a big deal and for someone my height, 5 foot 2 it was perfect :). Thank you Jane for the stay!

Our studio room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated being able to sit on the patio, use the pool, and park on the first floor parking garage. Our host, Jane, was a great communicator!
Comfortable, quiet studio with a pleasant view, lovely grounds and pool, well equipped, including the kitchen and beach essentials. We really appreciated the small cooler to take with us on the days we explored the island. Loved being able to walk to Spouting horn each morning, and walking across the street for sunset views. Would stay here again!
We appreciated the quiet side of Kauai with nice weather. The condo location gave us the ability to travel most of the island roads......the condo was well-equipped, close to the beach. We did some snorkeling, but the waves were bigger than we expected. Dinner at the Beach House was perfect our last night. Parking in the garage worked out very well. The owner was easy to work with and shared all needed information in a timely manner with us.
Great location. 10 min walk from shopping, restaurants, & coffee. 5 min drive to Poipu Beach. Great location to use as a base to explore the island. Underground parking.

Great place for two people. Small but quaint. Furniture could use updating, and be careful with the shower the water gets scalding hot quickly. Great view and close to everything.
We had a wonderful time staying in Jane's condo. The courtyard was so beautiful with trees, flowers, paths, water features along with the pool and outdoor kitchen. The condo deck overlooked Prince Kuhio Park so was always quiet and peaceful. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed - we did some cooking and ate out. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler. We had a car rental so were able to tour the entire island. We couldn't have stayed in a more perfect place.
Really enjoyed staying in the studio unit. Tons of storage & place had condiments & spices. The unit is we equipped with a nice ocean view with privacy across the way. Nice beach to watch the sunset across the street & ate at the Beach House Restaurant for dinner our last night here. Very relaxing & enjoyable.
Condo exactly as described. We did not cook but includes everything you might need! I don’t mind doing dishes, beware no dishwasher. Central location to many things! We enjoyed our stay and very easy communication with host!
This small and cozy studio near the ocean is great for a couple. It has all the amenities.
This studio suite was perfect for the two of us. A beautiful ocean view from the lanai and early morning sunrises from bed! The kitchen was small but well equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the condiments in the fridge and the reusable containers in the cupboard for storing leftovers. The landscaping and pool were outstanding. This location was very quiet and the parking was easy and close to the unit. A great home base for a week exploring the gorgeous island of Kaua’i. I would recommend this location to friends.

Nice Place, Good Variety of Tropical Foliage. Baby Beach is a short walk away. The Beach House Restaurant is even closer. Yum!

Great place, weather & every thing else.
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely place… it was kind of a step back in time coming from the 5 star resort on the north side of the island. However, once we settled in it was very refreshing to experience Hawaii in a way we hadn’t experienced before. The place had everything you needed to relax after a day out sight seeing. Restaurants and shopping were right down the road and the beautiful ocean view was so nice from our lanai. Jane, the owner was very friendly and helpful when we needed to ask her something… she always responded accordingly. Not sure we’ll ever get back to this island but it was awesome to have came once!
Jane’s place is amazing. So many touches that were highly appreciated (e.g. condiments in fridge, sunscreen & bug spray, beach towels, chairs, cooler, snorkel masks, etc. View from lanai was good - you can see and hear the ocean that is across the street. Definitely would stay here again if we come back for another visit!
