Very satisfactory in spite of a breakdown with a wahing machine. But Oceanfront made it work out the best that could be done
For what we were charged, this place in my opinion should be pristine and a 5 Star hotel situation. Keylock battery needed to be replaced so the keycards would work. Fan in living area broke, had to call for service. Refrigerator is rusted. The bathroom shower curtain bar is corroded as was the metal trash can in there. Pictures in the dining area were smeared and dirty. Cabinets in kitchen were greasy, sticky and gross. Patio light is all rusted and corroded and halfway hanging off ceiling. Pictures in bedroom are hung haphazardly. One behind bed so headboard was hitting it. One behind the TV and one on side of big dresser. Shower heads and towel bars all corroded. And we had ants. It’s horribly outdated and needs some serious attention!

Incredible experience in a very nicely located, spacious condominium. The pool and hot tub were extra nice for the kids. We took advantage of the free bike rental. The two bathrooms were a big plus. The oceanfront realty international property management company was immediately responsive to our needs and concerns. During our stay, the microwave stopped working, and we were provided with a nice, brand-new microwave the same day. The only improvement recommended (and it would be expensive) would be an upgraded kitchen (because we love to cook)-the refrigerator was old/rusty; the cabinetry (kitchen and bathrooms) seems to be from the time the condo was originally built.With those upgrades, the condo would go from being great to spectacular! Nonetheless, we had a great experience!

When i arrived the floor had grit on it, had not been cleaned prior to my arrival. The unit had sink faucets that leaked onto the countertop when on, in the bathroom and wet bar. The sliding door would not lock. Overall the particular unit was sub or to expectations.Overall, the unit did not meet my expectations.

We had a great vacation at this property. There are many benefits to this property and those are its location. There are ocean views from the balcony in the front and we loved spending our breakfasts out here just gazing at the ocean. Watching sunset is just a short walk out to the cliffs where chairs are set up. We were comfortable during our stay and if you open both the sliders, there is a great cross breeze and the lack of AC isn't an issue at all. The downside of this property is it is very dated and this could be a spectacular property if updates to kitchen/bathroom were done as well as higher end furniture. Again this wasn't an issue, but want people to know that this unit is dated. The biggest issue with this property though is one of the sliders doesn't lock. We arrived to the property with that slider unlocked. The other slider locks but you have to use Hulk strength to pull it closed to latch. I did inform the property rental company so hope that will be resolved for future stays. So, no valuables should be left unattended in this unit until that is fixed. Check out and check in was super easy with the lockbox right at the unit.

The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. The living room and dining area’ s furnishings are dated, but that was not as important as the great location. The condo was very spacious and the view from the rear lanai lent to a beautiful sunset. The only issue we had was at times the front door was very difficult to lock. We found that it took a special technique.
Condo was well stocked with all needed kitchen items. Could use a few more storage items for leftovers and non breakable items to take food down to the grill. Grills can be seen from kitchen window and are lit at night. Bathrooms and linens clean. Lot's of storage in the bedroom and bathrooms. Quiet location. Close walk to seating at cliff side above the ocean. Well situated and deep lanais to catch cross breeze. Big rain storm while there but could still sit on lanai without getting wet. King bed and linens very comfortable. Small t.v. in the living room where people would sleep on a pull out couch but big t.v. in the bedroom. Also a bar sink/fridge in the bedroom which would be handy for storing extra drinks. Overall place is dated 1970's decor but well kept up and clean. Very suitable for adults. Not the best arrangement for kids younger than 12 or so.
The condo fit our family of four wonderfully! We enjoyed dinner on the patio and even provided plenty of space to barbecue with three other families down on the bluffs. The kids loved playing with friends at the pool or playing games in the game room. What an amazing stay we had! Beautiful sunsets, quiet mornings, and perfect Kauai weather!
