Wonderful property overall. Very comfortable condo with possible exception of lanai furniture. Tall table and stools difficult for 70 yr old guests. Everything else was great.
This was the perfect condo for our week in Kauai! It was just as the pics depicted. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, beach chairs & umbrella were fantastic, and the view was beautiful. And we really liked the location. 40 min North and South to where we wanted to go.

The property is lovely, beautiful area and view. The the property owner were so very gracious to give us a place to evaluate to during a tsunami scare which was over and above!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay and wouldn’t change a thing! The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The view was absolutely stunning, and we spent so much time relaxing on the lanai, taking it all in.The location of the resort was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. We really enjoyed the pool and loved seeing all the local wildlife. The lush landscaping around the property was beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere.The condo was spotless when we arrived, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. We can’t wait to come back!
We loved Kauai and loved this condo in Kapa’a. The location was great, very convenient to many amenities (Coconut Marketplace right next door/within walking distance) and right on a beautiful small beach. The grounds were lovely and well-maintained and included a heiau on the property. A beautiful coastal bike path was nearby. The condo itself was spacious, tastefully decorated and well-stocked in terms of beach towels and kitchen supplies. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the lanai and hearing the crashing waves all night long. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall I would highly recommend and would stay again if we ever have the chance to return to the beautiful garden isle.
This place was perfect. This particular unit is located in the best spot of the whole property for view, privacy and quiet. The view is just stunning and the balcony is large enough to really take advantage of that. The grounds are so well taken care of and loved the lit tiki torches at night which makes a tropical paradise. We drove all over the island and felt we had found the best place to stay. Lava Lava restaurant next door was our favorite spot to eat - casual dining, great view and nice music in the evenings. Loved the convenience of Coconut Marketplace right out the back for groceries, restaurants and farmers market on tuesdays and thursdays. So close to everything but the property makes you feel secluded.
Wonderful place to stay in Kauai. The location is perfect for visiting all areas of the island. There is a grocery/liquor/souvenir store very close by that has everything one would need. The market area also has stores and a few restaurants. It’s nice to have that available and yet from the condo you have no sense that there is a commercial space nearby. We like to explore but one wouldn’t need a car to stay here. The grounds are beautiful, well-kept, and peaceful. We enjoyed the pool almost everyday after returning from our outings. The view from the lanai is amazing. It’s tucked in just enough to be private from the neighbors and still provide an expansive view. We especially appreciated having both a high top table and lounge chairs. The condo is clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The bed is comfortable. We enjoyed the breeze and sound of the ocean each night. The beach equipment is in excellent condition. Parking is easy. We hope to stay here again!

This is a beautiful unit with a gorgeous view of the oceanfront and the large grassy front yard. The air conditioning with separate units for living room and bedroom is perfect for hot, muggy days. It’s a short walk to a large shallow tide pool that is perfect for short dips. However, the ocean beyond the tide pools has warnings for riptides and swimming is discouraged. A beautiful pool provides a nice swimming alternative although it’s fairly cool. The building is away from the parking which means it’s quiet, but not very convenient for bringing in groceries or suitcases. Be aware there is no elevator. The unit is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Check the Coconut MarketPlace for free Hawaiian music, dancing, and farmers market.
This is so well located, with several bar/ restuarants within a 5 minute walk as well as a market. The view is spectacular - kitchen well stocked, shower amazing. The third floor walk-up just gets you a better view, in no way a problem for us. After touring the entire island several times, if we come back, we will 100% want to rebook here for not only its proximiaty to everything, but the view (monk seals on our beach this morning) but also the fact that we can walk out and listen to music every night from 6pm-8pm! Book this you will not be disappointed.
We enjoyed everything about this condo. It is a relaxing and pleasant color scheme. We felt comfortable inside or on the deck. It seems that a lot of careful planning and preparation by the owner makes this a special place.
Classy place with beachfront right on the ocean bay! Everyone was really nice and went out of their way to be helpful. I asked a couple of staff if they were always so happy and helpful to which they uniformly replied they enjoyed being there.
Read a (1) previous review about cleanliness, but we found if updated and immaculate. We couldn’t figure out how to code in the front door, but a quick call to a very helpful owner explained it. We would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful stay and property, we loved the private beach! We however were so disappointed with the terribly hard bed. For such an updated unit and gorgeously decorated space and price, we expected a more luxurious bed.. we had trouble sleeping all 3 nights it was so hard, we debated sleeping on the couch! Other than that we loved the unit and location.. but please consider getting a new mattress because without sleep it makes you grouchy on a beach vaca where all you want is to relax
The condo was great, had everything we wanted and then some. Full air conditioning was a treat. Could have been cleaned better. TV screen was very smudged. Steps to third floor were a bit difficult for us older folks to navigate for ten days. Highly recommended for view and amenities.
We really enjoyed our time in this Kauai condo. Best location to travel around the island. Great beach just steps away. The entire property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. Walk or short drive to delicious restaurants. Perfect place to spend some downtime.
Nice property, loved listening to the ocean all night with no loud neighbors. Well appointed, and the bed was super comfortable.
The location is great but the place was dirty. The few towels provided smelled. He will keep your security deposit if his so called "cleaning crew" determines the sheets need to be washed after a few days stay.
Beautiful setting, view, beach, pool, quiet, convenient for food and shopping and central for travel. Walking/bike path close. Close to airport. Condo was attractive.

Anyway we 're so happy during our stayi ng in the last one week.
Right on the ocean with a beautiful garden and beach is this oversized one bedroom condo. A quick walk to Lava Lava Beach club, the coconut marketplace or Paradise bakery for Malasadas. This location is central for all of the island so you can travel south to Poipu or north to Hanalei, but you can always come back to the peaceful condo and roaring waves of the ocean. Tip:this condo is located in building five which is the most oceanfront, but from the parking lot is a path to the building and then up three flights of stairs, Pack light.Bring a drawstring laundry bag, the community laundry is in a different bldg.
The beach is so wonderful that locals and folks from nearby hotels come and stay for the day. A full wall of windows faces out to the ocean, large patio with lounge chairs, and a high table to see over the railing to watch the ocean. Super cozy sofa to cuddle up in after a long day in the sun. Air conditioning in the main space as well as the bedroom helped cool us down, having 1.5 baths is wonderful and with the updates, the rain shower was amazing. The kitchen is well equipped, but does need some lightweight plastic platters to walk over to the grill. We love ice tea so we just bought a pitcher and donated it to the house. There's a closet with sand chairs, wakeboard, Floaties, and other guests have left sunscreen and bug spray. We added to that collection for future guests. This is definitely a place. We will come back to. We loved it!

After a bit of a rocky start (place not cleaned and no parking pass) it was handled efficiently and quickly. Would definitely stay here again in a few years when the palm trees grow above the view. Right now they are right in the middle covering much of the view.
Loved this location! We both enjoyed walking down to the beach and not having to bring “everything” with us since we could easily walk back to the unit. Lae Nani Beach has been a favorite spot of ours over the last 11 years and this location is perfect for it. I personally loved the oversize sectional - big enough to sleep on if you want the crashing waves to lull you to sleep.
