Very beautiful, spacious, and clean home. The yard was so abundant with fruit trees and a variety of flowers. The community pool and tennis court is just a few feet away from backyard. Loved all the beach toys and gears that were provided. Took our keiki to ride scooter around the neighborhood with the beautiful Kauai mountains in the background. Came across very lovely neighbors whom, after us asking, let our keiki pick coconut, dragonfruit, and tangerines from their yard. We had a whole fruit bowl on the counter on our stay also with limes and oranges from the yard. The bedrooms were so spacious. We loved the double shower and huge master bathroom. Each room had its own AC unit, which was even more amazing. The home was stocked up with toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, lotion,bath and beach towels, etc. Also alot of cleaning product, vacuum, broom, etc. Alot of boardgames for our Ohana to enjoy. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Excellent and quick communication with host as well. Our Ohana loved this home. Definitely planning to stay here again, next time we come up to Kauai.
Lived the tennis court and pool right behind the house. Lumahai beach was our favorite!

We loved our stay at this home in Kauai. It was a beautiful home with plenty of space to gather the whole family together for meals or hanging out. The pool was very nice. No one was ever there so it was like our private pool. We loved using the surfboards, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, coolers, and beach chairs. I would recommend this home if staying in Princeville. The host was quick to respond to questions before and during our stay.
Great home for all ages - spacious, well stocked and lots of beach toys for the kids! We loved the easy access to the pool, we used it every day.Would definitely come back!
The property is in a beautiful location, super spacious, and well-maintained. The property team is incredibly communicative and helpful. Great stay!
House is on the golf course and right next to community pool and tennis courts which we could use as if they were our private amenities. 15 minute walk to the ocean, really better to have car and drive to Hanalei Bay or another beach close by. The only downside to the house is its a 2 instead of 3 bathroom for the 4 bedrooms. The house is fully stocked with beach toys, surf boards chairs, Masks flippers, etc. Made it easy not to have to go rent those items.
We really enjoyed our stay! What a great location. Easy access in Princeville. We walked to Hanaeli Bay Resort for dinner a few nights. The house was well stocked, spacious and just as described.
We found a rotted grapefruit under the master bed which was a little strange. I would recommend that the TVs should be secured to the wall or console - it made me a little little nervous as the other family we were staying with had young children. I would also liked to have seen better quality blinds - especially for the two bedrooms that faced the lanai. There was no privacy for those two bedrooms if someone was sitting on the lanai.
Overall - a great Rental. We would stay here again.
This home was awesome. Plenty of space for us. Each bedroom had its own ac so everyone was comfortable. The main area ac was broken(we were made aware of this the night before arrival) but we didn’t feel it effected our stay. The use of beach accessories was awesome. A few things that could use upgrading or looking at for the management company would be new blinds for the house and the freezer ice maker doesn’t work. Nonetheless it was awesome.
Beautiful, spacious home in the heart of Princeville! The bedrooms were perfect and the bathrooms beautiful; especially the huge master bathroom! Wow! The owners supply all accessories for an easy and fun stay; bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, surfboards, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. etc. Walking distance to Happy Talk Lounge at HBR too! The community pool and tennis courts are steps away from the beautiful and private backyard and the neighborhood is quiet and upscale; perfect for our girls trip! Minutes from Hanalei this home is centrally located on the North Shore and the property management company was extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with! This is a fabulous home for families or friend trips! Mahalo!
