This place is outstanding!!!! Plenty of space, very clean and well kept. The property/neighborhood is well kept and quiet. It’s is located in Princeville and close to quiet beaches, restaurants and shopping. The a/c in the unit works great. Owner provides towels, beach chairs and umbrellas so you can enjoy the beaches. Unit is well stocked with household items so you can enjoy your stay. Owner is very responsive and communicates well. Highly recommend this property.

Our stay was excellent! Beautiful and very tastefully decorated condo. Very clean and extremely well-stocked with everything we needed. Communication with Rozalynn and the on-island host was easy and messages answered promptly. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
Perfect condo in a perfect spot. Loved our stay. Enjoyed a spacious & fully updated condo. The hot tub & gym are located right across the driveway, which was nice. Also it included boogie boards & snorkel gear. Highly recommend staying here.
Great place for 6 people to stay. The place was perfect for anyone planning on doing activities anywhere on the north shore. The condo was exactly as described with lots of towels, snorkeling and beach attire. Would highly recommended this place.
This property is a perfect location for enjoying the North side of the island and driving South for Kapaa. With 3 bedrooms and adjoining baths it was great for family to stay while on the island for a wedding. Clean and beautifully decorated I highly recommend it. We leave Princeville with lifelong memories!
This is the first time a rental has lived up to the pictures for us. It was very clean, spacious and well organized. This was by far our best short term rental experience. It was stocked with dishware and spices so we could cook our own meals. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly. This would be my first choice if we ever visit again.
We loved staying at this immaculate, spacious condo. Our granddaughter had a twin bedroom, and her grandparents and her parents each had a lovely bedroom. I highly recommend this rental in a beautiful condo community.
This was perfect homebase for our multi generation trip to Kauai. The condo was lovely, clean, and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was so nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The property was very well stocked with nice beach gear and plenty of beach towels. Our kids really enjoyed relaxing in the pool area in the evenings when we made dinner at the condo. We would absolutely book this property again!
