The space was very clean. Parking was easy. Heather was our contact and she was amazing to work with. There is no central AC but there were two portable units in each bedroom and that kept it cool enough. The internet did not work. Heather did everything she could to try and fix it but it never got resolved while we were there. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay for a few days, conveniently located if you are ok with driving to where you want to go. We would stay there again.

We’re a family of five and this condo in Princeville was the perfect place to stay for exploring the North Shore. It truly felt like a home away from home — we had everything we needed and even more.Positives: The living space is spacious and comfortable, the air conditioning works great, and the kitchen is extremely well-equipped — perfect for family meals. Parking was also very easy and convenient.Only downside: The pool, while nice, was often quite busy and located directly in front of the lanai, which made it a bit less private at times. Can also be great if you need yo watch your kids in the pool while having a glass of wine. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful location — we would absolutely recommend it !
Condo was great place: clean, next to pool, room to spread out. Especially loved the large patio/lanai. Perfect location for the north shore, near beautiful beaches. Would stay again.
Super comfortable beds! Property manager was the best I've had. Gets right back to you to answer questions and give advice.

We absolutely loved the condo and the property. The condo was so comfortable and had all the amenities. Happy to have a great AC for sleeping well. Great location for daily walks. Perfect to share with my parents.

This was a good stay for our family! We used this location as a hub for activities and sleep. Comfortable beds and all the needed amenities to help refuel for the next days adventure. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool while parents grilled. Located close to a market for food and short drive to Hanalei Bay. Mornings were beautiful to walk and run through with the mountains and ocean as a backdrop. Very safe area. Would stay here again.
The property was exactly as pictured and perfect for our family of 5 with one child sleeping on the pull out sofa in the living room. Beds were all very comfy, location of pool just outside our lanai was wonderful, and Princeville is a lovely place to stay when exploring the north shore. We will definitely stay again. Mahalo!
This was our first time staying on Kauai. This condo was the perfect location. It took less than 10 minutes to get to anywhere in the area we needed to go including Hanalei. We were traveling with our two toddlers so it was a pleasant surprise to have the pool right across the grassy area pretty much in front of our outdoor area. The kids used the pool every day. It was the highlight of the stay. The condo was very cozy and spacious. Could have easily had another family there. Laura was very communicative and check in/check out was easy. We even ran into her on our way in and she warmly greeted us. Would love to stay here again on our next visit. Thanks Laura!

This condo was perfect for our family of five. We were there for 9 nights and enjoyed every second. The condo was clean and well stocked and it was right next to the pool which was great for our family. There was a gym we used too! And Laura the property manager!!! WOW! She was kind, attentive and just wonderful in so many ways. We felt at home because of her.
Loved staying at this property. It's a lower level condo with access to the pool directly across a small lawn. Everything was very clean and Laura, our property manager, went above and beyond to make sure any of our needs were met. Foodland supermarket is right at the entrance to the neighborhood which is amazing and there are restaurants in the same center. Will return and would recommend!
