Almost every room has a view of the ocean but unlike most other Pu’u Po’a units, ours is not just a view of the wide span of the big blue – we sit closer to the edge of the cliff and can watch the waves crashing against the cliff and reefs below. We can see the patterns of the reefs below and the multiple shades of green and blue in the water. And if we look hard enough, we can find a sea turtle or two. In the winter, it’s perfect for whale watching and a pod of dolphins has been known to pass by. If one of the North Shore rain showers happens to bring you inside, you can still feel like you are right on the beach watching all the waves go by...

Conveniently located next to the infamous One Hotel where you have access to shops and dining, we also have access to TWO beaches - Pu'u Po'a Beach and Hideaways.

People from all over Princeville come to the sunset viewing spot directly next to our building. Simply walk out the door and go around the building and you have front row seating to the brilliant sunsets of Kauai.

The 2000 sq ft unit itself is filled with all the amenities from home...In each bedroom we have a high quality king sized bed with luxurious sheets and cozy quilts and pillows too.

The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a Japanese soaking tub while the second bathroom has a tub and shower. Each are filled with plush towels, a hair dryer, curling iron and convenient places to dry bathing suits.

The kitchen is well stocked with extras like a spice rack, a crock pot, waffle maker and blender in addition to the coffee maker. The table, made of solid monkey wood, seats 8 and for those who have to work on the trip, there is a desk facing the ocean view.

The living area has a big comfy sectional, a twin sofa sleeper and a large HDTV. We offer FREE wifi internet and cable.

The atrium is styled with bamboo furniture that can be made into another twin sleeper.

We’ve made our best effort to give you a few the things you might want to enjoy the activities and adventures waiting for you here on Kauai. The lanai features a closet full of beach gear like boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler. We even have tennis rackets and balls for you to use at the onsite tennis courts.

We embrace the Kauai culture of enjoying the outdoor living feel (most shops and restaurants are open air) and we do not have air-conditioning but we do have the northern trade winds blowing in perfectly into our north facing living areas. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and in the main living area and we offer other floor fans if needed but most guests love the ocean breeze and smells like we do. Evenings can be surprisingly cool.

For all our reservations we have professional cleaners who thoroughly clean, sanitize and disinfect our condo after each stay. Our cleaners take extra measures to follow all CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing including disinfecting all surfaces (including every light switch, remote control, handle, door knobs, etc.) in addition to their normal cleaning procedures. Because of these extra measures and because we pay our cleaners a living wage, our cleaning fee reflects the extra care given.
