Excellent location! Close to Lihue airport and a good place to base your Kauai stay. Central location about one hour from Princeton to the North and about 30 minutes from Port Allen to the South. Unit is clean and has a nice kitchen. Complex has a nice pool and tennis courts.Owner is responsive.This is a ground floor unit and it's patio faces the parking lot.
The host and hostess were very responsive to emails, and were flexible when we had to change our dates. For that we are thankful.
Everything about the condo worked out great for us. We wanted to be in a central location so we could easily access all parts of the island. Plenty a places accessible via a short walk as well. Always had parking. Condo was well stocked in kitchen and bathroom - super helpful. Hosts were always accessible for information. Thanks so much!!!!

Clean and well equipped. Having the washer and dryer was very nice. Loved how it is so centrally located, making it very easy to get to any part of the island easily. Thank you to our hosts
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. In addition to having sights and activities in the area, the central location makes it possible to easily go north or south to explore the many wonders of this garden isle. The home is clean and fresh and everything worked well. It was a bit warm in the evening when we would return from a day of exploring but the AC worked well when needed and having the washer and dryer was so convenient. I would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I have is that it would have been nice to have direct access to the unit without having to check in to the office. Check in was a bit awkward. We had to call the night attendant on a phone outside the closed office and wait for him to come let us in. We waited for him outside in the central parking area between the office and our unit because it wasn't clear where to meet him. Fifteen minutes later we realize he opened up the office (must have come in the back door because we were watching for him) and was sitting there waiting for us to come to him instead of possibly looking out the door to see us waiting for him fifty feet away. It was midnight, we were tired and it seemed confusing. Once we got signed in and received the key card all was good. Overall, a great place to stay for an excellent vacation. The condo was clean and cozy. It had a lovely decor. We wished there were assigned parking as we had a difficult time finding parking each time we got home in the evening. I also wished I didn't have to wash our own towels, sheets, and dishes. We were barely in the room and made sure we cleaned the condo how it was as if we just got. We left the condo as if we weren't even there.
This property had everything to make our stay comfortable and was very well kept. We appreciated the full kitchen with all appliances, cookware and dishes that we needed. Location is very central to everywhere on the island.
This was a great property! Very clean and well maintained. Vivian and Lyle were great to work with! Very accommodating. All the beach equipment was in great condition. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher were well stocked and easy to use. Parking wasn't a nightmare at all. Within walking distance of some great shopping and beaches.
Only feedback is that it would be nice to have some basic kitchen items such as cooking spray/oil and maybe some basic seasonings. Really a minor thing.
Overall, this place is amazing! Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Kauai!
Although we arrived later than expected, the person checking us in was very courteous and professional. The convenience of having a parking space right outside our patio door was definitely a plus. Great care was taken to let us know the smallest details about how things worked with little notes placed strategically. The sleeping accommodations were excellent. The grandchildren were excited about the curling iron!!!
