THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL. RIGHT ON THE BEACH. THE VIEW WAS FANTASTIC. HAD BEACH TOWELS, FOLDING CHAIRS, FLIPPERS IF YOU SNORKEL. PARKING WAS GREAT YOU GET YOUR OWN RESERVED SPOT. ELEVATOR WHICH MADE IT EASY TO GET OUR BAGS UPSTAIRS. IT'S NOT AIRCONDITIONED, BUT HAD CEILING FANS IN ALL THE ROOMS AND BOX FANS IN THE BEDROOM FOR EXTRA BREEZE. SAFEWAY STORE RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET AND SEVERAL RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. WAS SO RELAXING. I RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY AND WOULD USE THIS CONDO AGAIN. EVOLVE MADE IT SO EASY WITH DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS AND PHONE NUMBERS IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. THANKS EVOLVE
This was a girl’s trip so we enjoyed having our own room. The condo was in a great location and we always felt safe and secure. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrises and talking walks on the nearby path. The condo was filled with all the necessities and was close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. It’s close to the airport and good stating point for drives north and south. We absolutely loved it!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location was very central to go to the south side and the north side of the island. If you want to hear the ocean and see the ocean this is your place. The condo was clean, well maintained and the perfect size for us. We walked to dinner each evening. We arrived before check in and were allowed early entry since housekeeping was complete.
Breathtaking views from this condo! Right on the beach. You can sit in the living room or on the lanai and have a wonderful view of the ocean. Fabulous breeze. It was hard to make ourselves leave to explore more of the island! The condo was spotless, the beds were clean and comfortable, the hosts were very helpful. The location was so convenient to the North Shore and the South Shore, with so many places to eat and shop right there in Kapa'a. This is where we would stay any time we're fortunate enough to return to Kauai! We absolutely loved it!
This condo is IDEAL! The view is so beautiful! Really appreciated the elevator when handling our belongings. Everything we needed was there in the condo. Such pretty furnishings. Everything clean, & comfortable. If we return to Kauai in the future, we will surely stay HERE, & request this one. The large shopping center across the street was incredible! Fresh food, yummy shaved ice, Starbucks, the ABC store, & more. Such a great location. Good communication with owner. Cannot recommend highly enough!!
This condo had everything for us. It was in a great location. Grounds are tidy. The sunrise views are spectacular!
We enjoyed our time at this wonderful condo! Location and views are great, beach is nice with a little better swimming next door. All kinds of access to resources and service across the street for the condo complex. Unit was very clean and as illustrated on the website.The only thing I would recommend is to be prepared for humidity, as it was very hot when we were there and there is no air conditioning in the unit.
We loved our stay! The location of the condo is wonderful. Close to a big grocery store and other amenities, and the condo faces the ocean! Waking up to ocean breezes every morning was the best. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were great in communicating and making sure all was well. We'd love to come back!
This is a stylish, clean, and very comfortable condo perfect for relaxing, with easy parking access, nearby stores and restaurants, and central Kapa’a location for getting to activities on the south or north end of the island. Fantastic views from the balcony (though we weren’t fans of the giant sandbags, presumably to prevent beach erosion) but overall a really wonderful place to call home on Kauai. Great communications with the host. Highly recommended!

This location is amazing! When you walk in you are met with stellar views and an increíble atmosphere with the decor and cleanliness.
The checkin process was seamless with the host and on site staff being incredibly responsive with all requests.

Located right in the heart of Kapaa, the convenience of stores and restaurants is a huge plus.
Not only did Jim recommend places to go, he also texted about other beach locations to explore. In addition, when anything was needed he was very responsive.
We ended up getting most of our meals as take out because the location was so wonderful! The pool was lovely and everyone we encountered didn’t hesitate to help.
We will definitely return to this beautiful spot!
Property was very nice. There are many restaurants close by and a grocery store within walking distance. The place was well stocked with kitchen and beach gear. The location made travel to the north and south parts of the island easy.
