Many thoughtful touches. This property is perfect for your tropical vacation on Kauai. We prefer the east side, so you can explore both the north and south sides of the island. The owner has many items, including beach and snorkeling gear, to enhance your vacation. There is a cooler, chairs, suntan lotion, and a number of towels, so this property is vacation ready. You have access to the swimming pool at the adjacent resort, which has a waterslide, a lovely view of the ocean, and a poolside bar. The decor is just what you want for your tropical vacation. The lanai is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, but the beach is just a few steps away and we enjoyed sunrise every morning. We had reason to reach out to the owner prior to our stay, due to a change in airline schedule, and the owner was very quick to respond and helpful. He also made some great recommendations for on the island, which my wife and I very much appreciated. We were absolutely thrilled to be here and hope to be able to return soon. Mahalo!

This location is perfect! The front door is in terrible condition but the condo is very clean and well kept. There is only one air conditioner and it is in the bedroom pointed right at the bed. But we kept the fans on and we were comfortable. All appliances work so you can cook your own food. Walmart had cheaper food but they don't have meat. We got an app called Shaka Guide that took us around the island for 4 days taking us every where. We loved shave ice, but the best is Jo Jos shave ice. Best fancy dinner place Hukilau Lanai. We walked down to the beach for sunrise most mornings. The pool was very nice. We used the grill a few times and that worked really well. We rarely heard the neighbors, but the chickens wake you up at 3am. You get used to it. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good. There are so many things provided. They have beach chairs, folding chairs, inflatables, mask and snorkle, umbrellas, shampoo, conditioner, beach towels, cribbage, Hawaii books, hair dryer, it was well stocked. I would stay again.
Great communication with location and access to the property access through the security gates. It was seamless and easy. The townhome was spotlessly, clean, plenty of towels, beach towels. Kitchen was fantastic and we cooked breakfast ever morning except for two. Ocean walks and stitting at the pool were such great perks. Thank you and we would stay again.
Needs some upgrades and maintenance
We stayed in the hotel last year and loved it, but wanted to save money - this apartment was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, the sun always shone on the balcony in the morning wonderful for our book reading. Great having a full kitchen and all its amenities. Perfect location to relax, would definitely look to stay again. It was also awesome that we could use their picnic chairs to use at the beach.

We love everything about this condo! This is our second time staying here and everything about it makes this our favorite place to be. We felt at home from the moment we walked it the door with the generous welcome basket with a nice bottle of wine and snacks, to the fact that the owner anticipated all our needs. Everything was provided from beach towels to shopping bags to scuba masks and more! The location is perfect, with access to the resort amenities and being centrally located to both north and south coast attractions! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!
Bottom line is this unit was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. If you want luxury, this ain’t that. The outside of the buildings are old & badly in need of remodeling. The inside of the unit is nicely refreshed, however, and the owner is very responsive to inquiries (housekeeping staff is a bit slow to bring requested items, though). The pool area is exceptional, and beach access is a plus! Centrally located, 1 mile north of the airport, and perfect for exploring the entire island.
What a treat t - washer and dryer!
The grounds and resort were beautiful! The condo was run down, extremely MUSTY and needed repairs: Hole in wall in bedroom where cable was coming out and filled with a plastic wrapper, Towel hooks fell of wall in bathroom and not replaced, left command strips and paint scratched off the wall. It was well stocked EXCEPT We were only given 2 white bath towels (1 for each of us) for 9 days and 2 other tan colored towels we used for the pool/beach. We had to wash the towels every day and ran out of tide pods. Furniture/Bed was also old and not comfortable. I would not stay here again. The worse part was the MUSTY/MOLDY smell!!!!
There was everything you could need to be comfortable and relaxed. We were happy to find chairs to enjoy hours on the beach. There were several common pantry spices and toiletries available. The dishes and cooking pans were clean and in good shape for use. The king sized bed was comfortable to rest, as well as the living room furniture. The swimming pool and hot tub were a close walking distance, and beach walks were also close. This Villa is close to the airport and fairly central to driving to all parts of the island. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at the Kauai Villa! The location was great...next to the ocean, able to easily drive to an activity in any direction...and the ability to use the beautiful pools and hot tubs was an added bonus. The condo itself was well stocked and very clean. It had everything we needed and more! We would stay here again!

This condo was a great fit for us for our visit to Kauai, we were there for 2 weeks and it was a really good central location for us to tour all areas of the island. Had all the immenities we needed for our stay. The buildings are older, but this unit was well maintained. Close access to the beach, close access to the BBQ cooking area, and access to the pool and hot tub were nice treats.
We loved our stay at the Kauai Beach Villas! It would have been great to know about some of the available beach equipment (snorkels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, etc) beforehand. But overall it was wonderful!
We enjoyed our stay and found it to be a very laid-back atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the welcoming drive with the gorgeous cathedral of trees. The convenience to the beach was a real perk plus the lovely paths onsite. The local chickens provided free entertainment. We would gladly stay here again.
This was a perfect place to stay for activities both north and south of Lihue. The hotel/villa complex was amazingly peaceful and quiet given its size - the most constant noise coming from the ocean and resident chickens. It was nice to have access to the beach, hotel pools, restaurant and grill - all within a short walk.
Having a full kitchen and laundry in the unit was a real plus for our week-long stay. While the unit had some condition issues (noisy refrigerator, difficult sliding screen door), they were not detrimental to the enjoyment of our stay. Breakfast on the balcony in the early morning sun was a delight!
Robert’s condo was as great in person as the pictures showed!!! The AC in the bedroom was more than enough to keep us cool at night! Great breeze coming in through sliding glass doors when we were there. The blinds kept the sun out when we were gone. It was fantastic to have a washer/dryer in the unit!! We had some important things fall out of my husband’s wallet in the unit. We contacted Robert, who put us in touch with his cleaning team, and they sent it to our home!!! We are so grateful! I would definitely stay again!!

The property we stayed at was perfect, just as advertised. Great location made it really easy for us to get around the island and do our excursions and shopping. We will stay there again the next time we come to Kauai.

The air conditioner was very loud and took the handyman 6 days to replace. The remaining 9 day's were enjoyable.
Amazing property! A hidden gem. It had everything we needed more! Loved the beach accessories. We felt right at home immediately. The place was beautifully decorated and I appreciated all the little Hawaiian details. Having a washer n dryer was great. The resort was also really nice and we enjoyed the jacuzzi at night. The condo is centrally located on the island so we were able to explore the north and south sides easily. I look forward to returning to this place again in the future.
The best stocked condo we have stayed at. Nice quiet resort. You will need a car but is centrally located on the island and close to the airport. The only reason we did not give a 5 star overall rating is because the air conditioner is a little noisy but you get used to it. Would absolutely return again . This was our second time. The owner was very accommodating.

I’m a snow bird and I travel alone. This sweet condo is one of my favorite places on the island.
It’s comfortable, beautiful, and affordable. Best of all I can walk for miles on a lovely, secluded beach in paradise!
