We really enjoyed our stay. Great property full of anything you would ever need for a comfortable stay. The condo was very clean and spacious. The view was amazing and Judy was very quick to respond if I had a question. We had a fabulous time and are in love with Kauai. We would definitely recommend staying here.
The condo was beautifully furnished and appointed with everything you could need! It was clean and the host was very accommodating and helpful. Access to both the beach and the amenities of the adjoining hotel hugely enhanced our fun! The view was the star of the visit. My only slight disappointment was the construction on the building next door. Not pretty and sometimes loud, but I understand there’s not really anything be done about it. We would definitely come here again!
This is a lovely, spacious villa that has a nice kitchen area that includes a counter with bar stools for socializing while cooking. The sunrises are amazing on the beach and if you enjoy hearing birds out your window, this is the place to be! The property is also centrally located for access to stores, restaurants and excursions. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

Fabulous location and spectacular view. Morning coffee on our lanai which had a breathtaking ocean view. The pools were super fun and easy to get to. Loved playing family volleyball in the pool! Short trip to town shops and restaurants and only a few minutes from the airport. Beds were super comfy and it had all the amenities you need- towels, chairs, snorkels and kitchen items!Loved it and will be back!

The condo was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of things in the kitchen and other places to get us started with our stay. Coffee pods, paper goods, spices and many other items were provided. The wifi was reliable and cable access was good. Access to the hotel pools & hot tubs were great also. Judy was a great host and communicated well before and during our stay. We would stay again and highly recommend this condo for up to 4 people.
This was a great home base for our stay! Comfortable and the a/c in the bedrooms are a must for sleeping at night. The view for morning coffee or just relaxing on the balcony was amazing and the access to the pool areas was great as well. Highly recommend this condo

This is our absolute favorite place to stay. The condo is clean well equipped, and an amazing view. This is our second or third year booking this condo and we will have a trip next year! Highly recommend.
We have four adults staying at this property and it was everything as advertised. Plenty of room for everybody to sleep and hang out both indoors and outdoors. Walk to the beach was very short walk, and it was great having the resort next-door where you could utilize their pools as well. The location of this property worked perfectly to help travel easily to the north or south of the island.
Planned this trip to celebrate my son’s fortieth. The location was perfect for exploring the island. The younguns hiked while us oldies explored by car. We really enjoyed evenings in and morning walks on the beach.

Property was just as it was listed. It had Great views , was furnished with comfortable beds and furniture and all the supplies she furnished was great. We didn't need one thing! We loved the location , it was so quiet at night all you heard was the waves hitting the shore. Would stay here again. Thanks Judy!!!

This place is in a great, central location which makes it easier to get to attractions throughout Kauai. The condo itself is very well furnished with an organized kitchen that makes it easy to quickly find the items you need. We loved watching the sunrise/sunset each morning from the the lanai, and the ability to walk the beachfront whenever we wanted without having to drive. The pool area is beautifully landscaped, and we really liked the light dinner menu at the bar. Great place to stay!

Very nice time, everybody was super friendly.Access to the Outrigger’s pools was a bonus.Unit was well stocked with cookware and utensil's, would definitely hope to return sometime in the future.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation! The view from the lanai is spectacular! And just a 2 minute walk to the beach to watch the most beautiful morning sunrise. The air conditioning units and fans in the bedrooms as well as high quality mattresses made sleeping very comfortable!!! What a bonus that you had pool towels, beach chairs and coolers. They were all used and very appreciated!!! Next time we are in Kauai, we will definitely stay here again!
Picture is exactly the view from the condo. Judy, the manager of the property was quite helpful and knowledgeable about the island must-sees. When the dryer stopped working, she was right on top of the warranty company and didn't let them push her off to the next week. She even dried towels for us and offered to dry any other clothing we had.
The kitchen had all the working amenities we could ask for and use. Paper towels and soap were also provided.
The resort grounds were beautiful. I was sad to see so much washed up plastic waste on the beach but there was a lot of beach to walk for sure. There were some locals possibly living in the brush within view of our condo but they were eventually rousted out by the local police.
Property was dated but nice. We had an ocean view and it was wonderful hearing and seeing ocean on balcony. The two buildings in front need something done. They can’t be occupied right now and are a bit of an eye sore. Location was great for all of our sight seeing. Pool area was a bit of a walk from our building but it was nice. Chicken everywhere and they were beautiful!!!

This place has the BEST ocean front view. We sat on the lanai all the time! Walk to Starbucks in the morning, near vacant beach right out front, with beach chairs provided.
You can walk 1-2 miles on empty beach to get your exercise in.
AC in bedrooms worked fine at night to sleep cool
Loved our stay! Everything we needed in the condo, perfectly appointed with extra touches, very clean and comfortable. Judy was very attentive to our requests. That view is amazing! Location was perfect for us. We will return!
