The guests mainly used the unit for resting or sleeping. They awoke early, left for the day, and returned at night. The property and unit provided them with what they needed throughout their stay on Kauai.
Great location that makes it easy to visit the north or south of the island. Excellent customer service, very responsive to our report of a problem with the washing machine. I have stayed in this same unit twice and there were updgrades made to the furniture so it is well maintained.
The condo was very spacious and comfortable. It was supplied with everything we needed to mske things so easy for us.
We had a wonderful stay!! Having access to the Outrigger pool made the stay.
Lovely little two bedroom condo. Very basic kitchen and wicker furniture. We were comfortable, but the a/c unit for the common area is just relying on the two units in the bedrooms. With both doors to bedrooms open and fan on it was comfortable, but when husband and kiddos went to bed and shut door, it’s hot in the common area. Slept great, beds were comfortable and the a/c works great in the bedrooms.
This property is perfect for going north or south of the island. Easy to get to and spacious. We love the bonus shed that had pool noodles, sand toys, things to throw and floaters. Lovely property.

This was the perfect place for my friends and I. It’s in a prime location with the airport 7 minutes away with tons of food spots around. The beach is a 3 minute walk where the sunrise hits so beautiful. Definitely recommend staying here.

We’ve stayed at the Kauai Beach Villas many tines but this was the first for the D9 unit. We normally stay in H12 but it was unavailable due to maintenance issues. The complex is very nice and conveniently located but the condo needs some work specifically the kitchen and AC unit. The kitchen needs a complete update and the AC unit needs to be replaced with a split AC like most of the other condos. The kitchen stove controls were difficult to turn and the window AC units were noisy and limited to the bed rooms. The kitchen was well equipped though and it was nice that you could sleep six.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. We were surprised by the space that this unit offered, plenty of room for our family of five. The unit was in generally good condition. The furniture was decent and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The location was great for traveling to different spots on the island. We enjoyed using the pools at Kauai Beach Resort.

Overall a great location and adequate villa. Need to include that the kitchen has a range. It does, even tho the numbers are all worn off of the dials, so a guessing game as to settings. It is not shown in the photos and when we specifically asked, no precise answer, so we packed a not needed hot plate!! Maids could do a much better cleaning job!!
