Best vacation rental we ever booked! The property is very well taken care of and very well maintained. This town house is spotless and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and having AC was a big plus. We will definitely stay at the same property next time we visit Kauai.
The Kaua’i Beach Bungalow in Princeville was in the perfect location for all of our North Shore Kauai activities. There was shopping and dining within a few minutes of the condo and Hanalei town/bay was less than a 10 minute drive. The condo was clean, spacious, and provided all the amenities we needed. I also loved how it was decorated and how you could see a waterfall from the front of the condo! I received a quick response from Brittany when we had issues checking in with the key code but otherwise no issues during our stay.
Propertyhas everything needed for a great stay. Close to beaches, restaurants and beaches. Communication with the host was excellent. Would stay here again!

We all united in Kauai for a girls trip and this rental was so perfect for us! We felt right at home with everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs/towels, snorkel gear…AND super cute decor! We’d totally come back and highly recommend staying here! Thanks!

What a great place! Our other reservation cancelled on us right before our vacation and fortunately Brittany's place was available. Cozy and clean, all the amenities of home, and beach gear/coolers available for use. Kids loved having a Switch to play. Communication was great. Layout is 3 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom and another bathroom downstairs with the kitchen/living room areas.
We LOVED staying here while we visited Kauai! The condo is centrally located to a shopping center and close to a few yummy food trucks. Just a few minute drive or 15 minute walk to a tucked away beautiful beach. The place is located close to Hanalei (10 minute drive). We loved the shampoos,conditioners, and body wash in the shower! So nice not to have to bring those items on your trip. We would definitely rent this beautifully furnished place again when we visit the island. Our host was so helpful and responsive when trying to find places to explore as well. So sweet!
We really liked this property. It was comfortable with thoughtful touches from the host. Had everything I look for with a rental. Easy drive to north shore locations but not much walkable. I would definitely stay here again.
The property was perfect for our family of 4! The bedrooms were great, with comfortable beds, the AC was wonderful after being out and about, and the location was awesome. A quick walk to Queen's Bath or Hanalei view.
This was a great house for our entire family of 5, all adults - we loved coming back to rest and relax after a full day of adventures on the island! It was safe, clean and in a great location for the north shore of Kauai. Brittany was great at communicating, and she provides a lot of great amenities - the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were greatly appreciated - and the nice touches throughout the house made it really feel like home - thank you, Brittany! We loved waking up to the roosters each morning, met a very sweet neighbor, and even having the flashlight on hand when the power went out made our stay that much easier. We would definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay at the beach bungalow. The house was equipped with everything we could have needed. The living room and the bedroom's were all super comfortable and very relaxing. The location was perfect to explore the island.
Our stay at this amazing property was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking views of the lush landscape and a beautiful home. The attention to detail in the design and decor of the property is exceptional, one of the cutest places we have stayed.
The amenities provided were top-notch, from the bedding to the well-equipped kitchen. We spent our days exploring the island and coming back to relax on the private lanai or in the comfortable living room.
The host was incredibly accommodating and provided us with great recommendations for local activities and dining spots. We truly felt like we were living in paradise during our stay here.
I cannot recommend this property enough for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway in Kauai. We will definitely be back!
We stayed three wonderful nights at Brittany's bungalow this past May. Everything was exactly as listed and as the photos show - clean, well-equipped, quiet, and comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring the North Shore, check-in/check-out were clear and easy, and communication and recommendations from the host were great as well. We can't wait to come back!

I absolutely loved our stay at Brittany’s vacation home and we have fallen in love with Kauai! The home was well equipped with everything we needed and more, and Brittany was extremely responsive and helpful. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting the north shore of the island. The surrounding towns, shopping centers, restaurants and scenic lookouts nearby were quick to get to and we thoroughly enjoyed our little road trip drive to the southern and western parts of the island for some unbelievable views. The rental was extremely well kept, beds were comfortable, the rain shower is SO awesome and thank you for providing all of the beach towels and gear! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kauai.

We’ve stayed in Kauai before at hotels and this was by far our favorite location spot. Brittany is so communicative and gives so many good recommendations for food and places to visit! It had everything you would need — spices, pots & pans, cooler, beach items! Truly an amazing place with some many beautiful details that makes it feel like a home!
Owner made the experience ultra easy and the place was perfect. Looking forward to returning.
