The condo was clean, renovated and had a nice view. It is listed as having air conditioning but only the bedroom is air conditioned. The other rooms only have fans and ineffective air conditioner in living room. Literally 85 degrees every evening. Open the sliding glass door would cool it down but there is a nearby sewer treatment plant and the outside smell is horrible after each rainfall. It rained every evening. We spent our first morning in Kauai looking for somewhere else to stay. Definitely do not recommend staying at this location in Kauai. Fans do not count as air conditioning. DO NOT STAY HERE.
I give this wonderful condo an A on the two most important items to us - kitchen and bed. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to make great meals which saved us a lot of money. The bed was super comfortable between the mattress, extra pillows and blankets. Overall, the condo and the owners were everything we could ask and more - very carefree and easy experience. We'd definitely stay here again!
My (new) husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this property for our honeymoon. The location was perfect for an adventurous couple like us, it made it easy to explore every side of the island. Our favorite part of the home was the lanai, where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while watching the ocean.We also appreciated the thoughtful resources provided, including beach chairs and a cooler, some of which were left by previous travelers. While there’s no central AC (which is typical for Kaua‘i), the individual units in the living room and bedroom kept us comfortably cool.If you're planning a longer stay, I recommend stopping by Costco or a grocery store on your way in, as we did need to restock some basic kitchen and cleaning supplies during our visit.Overall, it was a lovely stay and a perfect home base for our honeymoon adventure!
The condo was even nicer than pictured. Plenty of space, and extremely well equipped. Loved our time on the balcony enjoying the gorgeous view! Hosts were responsive and very friendly. Appreciated the very comfortable queen blow-up bed. AC in both bedroom and living room worked well and kept us cool when we needed it. Very well kept beautiful grounds. Appreciated that we were so close to beaches and the Coconut Market (great ice cream)! The location was also convenient to Kapa'a, Lihue, and Poipu, all of which we enjoyed during our stay.

Great place in Wailua for a central stay on Kauai. Great location to explore the island from. Apartment was very clean and modern. The ACs were great to get rid of the humidity in the rooms. The garbage disposal was the only flaw, it got very smelly.
We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at this condo. The view and closeness to the ocean is phenomenal. The unit is very clean and well cared for. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and for the beach and outdoor activities. The location is very close to Costco, Walmart, Safeway and central to the entire island. The pool is also great and we were very impressed with how well the grounds are maintained. You can walk to a number of restaurants and shops. Our favourite beach was Lydgate- a short 5 minute drive which has 2 protected "pools" created by lava rock barriers. The surf can be quite rough at most beaches. Great option!

A beautiful spot to stay in an excellent location! Owners were fantastic to deal with and were very quick to answer any question had. It was stocked with all you need to start your vacation. Look forward to staying here again in the future!

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. And it is outfitted with everything you could need on vacation. The lanai has a great view, perfect for breakfast every morning. We loved the decor, the view, and the location, central to exploring the whole island. Wonderful stay.

This condo was in pristine condition and very well equipped to every detail possible from kitchen to bathroom, bedroom, terrace and beach equipment. Amazing view right on the ocean. Owners very informative prior to visit and provided a very open channel of communication. Fantastic to have a very efficient washer and dryer. Definitely strong recommendation to choose this unit if you are planning to stay in the area.. kichen and bathroom very clean, modern and all very tastefully decorated.
Love the balcony and the view and sound of the waves. Well designed, decorated and stocked. Really like the accent tiles in the shower!
The room has a fantastic view and listening to the surf is very relaxing. No need to go to a fancy restaurant for a view with dinner. Just have dinner on the balcony. In addition to the view from the living room, you have been very nicely updated with a great kitchen, comfortable king sized bed and well-done bathroom. The pool was a nice place to relax after hiking or spending the day at the beach. My wife and I drove all over Kauai from this central location.

Overall a very nice unit and we were happy with the accommodations, the living room furniture looks fine but not real comfortable after a busy day hiking/snorkeling.
The bad: bathroom fan does not work, plus hot air from the attic keeps pouring into the bathroom. Like being in a sauna.

The property was a little hard for us to find, but I called the owners and Edigio and Cheryl came to our rescue. Edigio even met us and helped us carry our luggage upstairs!
The condominium was beautifully decorated and was filled with everything we needed!
The view from the balcony was beautiful and we had most of our meals there.
The building has a lovely swimming pool, and my husband and I had many walks along the beach.
We loved watching the surfers and kite surfers.
There were many very good restaurants in walking and driving distance.
Thanks to Cheryl and Edigio, we had a wonderful stay. Actually, we were sad to leave!

We loved this property and all the extra little amenities they provided. They had hiking poles, a small cooler, and beach chairs (amongst other things!). We also had a last minute change of plans that the hosts were extremely understanding about and were lovely to work with. 11/10 recommend this place and the wonderful owners.

Good central location but it does sit near a busy main road. Good view but with a partial view of same road. The property is very nice and clean inside and completely remodeled. Except for the living area furniture. Puzzling to have such and nice place and terribly ugly and uncomfortable wicker furniture. We didnt use it once. Get a new couch and this place would be excellent.
Wonderful property! Good location. The hosts have provided everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything you need for the beach is there-chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, snorkeling gear-even water shoes! And the equipment is good quality. There are also hiking poles which came in very handy since it was a rainy week and the trails were slippery. We enjoyed our stay!
We loved enjoying our coffee listening to the crashing waves every morning on the lanai. Pool was spectacular break after a day of travelling around the island and doing activities. It’s a great location. Would definitely stay here again
