Property location was great - directly on the beach and management company/communication was excellent. Only downside to the location is that there is an empty lot next to the house that is frequented by vagrants - but they did not impact us during our stay. Also was undesirable that someone came to cut the grass at 7 am during our stay.
This large spacious home was perfect for our large family! And the view!!! And proximity to shopping and food was an added bonus!! Plenty of cookware, towels, nice laundry area! We hated to leave!
Location is good, beach view is great. Areas of the house seem to need updating, maybe more linen blankets ect ect. Overall a good experience.

An amazing location - all the description says and more - and wonderful hosts.
Great place on the east coast to stay. Plenty of space in the house and secure parking. Loved the lanai to enjoy morning coffee and evening.cocktails. Kitchen has everything you need, if you want to save on eating out. Grocery store is close. Places to shop and restaurants within a couple blocks walk. Bike/ walking path right out front. Situated next to a preschool, so if the sound of kids playing bothers you, this is not the place for you. Not luxurious but comfortable, with individually controlled air conditioning in each room. We used the provided beach chairs and mats/ towels on several days. We rented snorkel equipment on our last day and swam with a sea turtle. Definitely visit Poipu Beach Park after 4 to see the turtles come on the beach to sleep. That was highlight of the trip! So was the mountain tubing adventure. Would definitely go back and stay here.

We walked in and fell in love with the views from the decks. The place was immaculate and charming. It was by far the best beach stay we have ever had. Watching the locals and tourists on the walk path was entertaining and the sunrises, just gorgeous. Very close to town, we walked from here to there several times. Very nice. Hope to repeat someday!
Great location! Clean and walking distance to shops and all kinds of food. The beach was great and not a lot of people. Loved the walking/biking path right behind the house. Rented bikes right down the street. A beautiful ride up the coast! Watching the ocean and people watching from the balcony was very entertaining. So perfect.
This was a great place to stay. Close to coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants as well as a bike rental shop. The ocean is just steps from the door. Great swimming in the waves. We watched whales breaching in the off shore every morning. Centrally located so easy access to north and south shores. We had a great time!
Very close to multiple restaurants, bike rental, and the beachfront walking path. Excellent view of the ocean. Not the best beach for kids, but there are great ones a short drive away. Loved it!

The house was great. The location was perfect - we watched the sunrise from the lanai every morning and then went on a long walk on the path right in front of the house next to the beach. This house is a wonderful place to stay in Kauai and I would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing time at the beach house in Kapaa. The unit was perfect for our family and its location couldn’t have been any better. We walked to dinner and all the nearby shops, listened to the waves crash in the beach and spent so much time out on the patio. Fantastic place and trip
It was our first trip to Hawaii. It was a dream vacation of my moms and We celebrated my parents 55th wedding anniversary. We also celebrated my cousin birthday and her husband. The location is the best. Ocean front and can walk to the street side to shop and eat delicious chicken tacos. This has been a dream vacation of a life time. Hope to come back here again. I definitely would recommend this house. ♥️♥️♥️
Wonderful stay for three retired couples. The property was exceptional clean with kitchen utensils and supplies in abundance. Great trade wind breeze with beautiful sunrises. Management was exceptional and prompt in replies. Highly recommended.
Two items to check out…1) bed mattresses in up and downstairs guest rooms very soft, 2) dishwasher cleans inconsistently and 3) check weatherstripping around downstairs carport door. (wind noise).
Location is excellent. All the convenience of being on the ocean but steps away from town when you need it. Your day begins with beautiful sunrises almost every day. The managers do a great job of looking after you without being in your hair. Koodos to management. Thanks for the great vacation!
Comfortable and spacious home located on ocean and one block from downtown Kapa’a. Wonderful views of sunrise on lanai. Well furnished and equipped. Perfect for our family of eight.
