Very comfortable beds, great location, low key area perfect for a more chill vacation. Beach towels, toys, snorkel gear, cooler were a great addition! Would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was everything we expected!
This unit was ok for our stay as there were only two of us and we did not spend a lot of time there. This unit would be cozy for four, as there is only a loveseat and a chair, your fourth would have to sit on the bed for movie night. The 2nd bedroom lacks a dresser. Location is good to access both ends of the island, it’s right off of Kuhio highway and Kapa’a bike path
This property was not as nice as the other two we stayed at during this trip. The unit is quite small but I knew that from the listing. Expected another tv since there are two separate bedrooms. The bedspread on the back bedroom bed was filthy. Didn’t even want to place our listening it or sit on it. Glad to see the chairs in the closet and plenty of towels. In the kitchen was constantly washing dishes as there were so few. Not enough for a day of meals with just two people! Also no utensils for grilling. I noticed other reters having issues with the grills as well. This unit is exceptionally noisy. Hi way traffic, chickens at 4 am, and people. I’ve been to Kauai many times but never had windows like these that makes it seem like you are outside. Very noisy! Surprisingly this unit only had 1 tv despite two bedrooms and a small living room. Disappointing. The tv selection is not good either. Appreciate the washer and dryer and the supplies In The panty. Easy to get to the beach. Didn’t use the small pool filled with locals.
Our stay at Kauai Kailani was amazing! The view from the balcony and the couch is breathtaking. Sunrises are right around the corner from this unit - a short walk away. This unit has two rooms with AC units that made sleeping very comfortable. There is no AC in the living space and kitchen but opening the window shutters in the bathroom and the sliding doors on the balcony made it very nice. This unit was a part of the beach view units and it felt like a small community because everyone was on their balconies at night, kids playing the yard, and in the pool. Tina was very helpful at addressing the washer not working and was able to get us a restock of towels half way through our stay. A new washer/dryer stackable is on its way over from the big island. We absolutely would return to this property. They are great with communication as well.
Our stay at this condo was really great. We really appreciated all things provided like beach chairs and boogie boards. It’s perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Safeway was walking distance along with many restaurants. Overall, highly recommend!
Enjoyed stay close to needed shopping.
If it had been adults only, we would be giving a perfect review. However, we had a 1-year-old with us and no high chair was available. The indoor seating (tall barstools without backs) made it difficult to feed an infant. That’s the only criticism we have. We would totally stay here again.
This was a very comfortable and well outfitted property for our 17 night stay. It was a perfect size for a couple, the kitchen had every piece of equipment we needed to cook in most days. It had beach chairs, equipment, toys and cooler to spend a day outdoors. The central location was great as a home base to visit north or south of the island. The beach fronting the property is not ideal but there are many others only a few minutes drive (or longer walk) away. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay here and would rebook without hesitation.
This has a very good location, walkable to many places. The property is clean and well maintained.
