Well kept grounds. Quiet complex. Clean and adequate swimming pool. Great communication from host. Exactly as described. Great place for a single or a couple to crash at the end of a day of sight seeing. Nothing exotic…basically a large hotel room…but that’s what we expected for the price and that’s what we wanted. Would rent again.
No ice was available or coffee for the first morning. Parking was on the grass. It was clean and safe feeling.

I was pleased with the accommodations. The property was very quiet. The shower head was strong. The bed was comfortable. There were beach chairs and fins in the condo, which was much appreciated.
The property is centrally located, so you can spend time on the North and South side of the island without having to drive too far. As a healthy eater, I was able to find some good options but it did take some research and at times, luck.
My only complaint is that it did get a little too warm at night.

I have T-Mobile and had no service inside the unit and it was spotty by the window. Place is as described no A/C but good cross wind and 4 tower fans to put where you like and a ceiling fan. Be sure you're aware of proximity of window to bed and toilet if you're shy. Beach is closer to the front door than the parking lot which was great.
The fact that we could stay ON the beach with a really nice room for this price was so great. If you don't need to cook your food this is a great place for you and your partner to rent for your vacation.

Great little condo, everything is listed as stated. We went in April and we were able to sleep comfortably with the windows open and fans going. The location is great for getting around the island. The bed was comfortable, and just what we needed when we were out and about all day.
This vacation was about doing and exploring for us, so we really just needed a clean place to lay our heads each night and shower etc. We got that and more! Such a beautiful view of the ocean outside the condo and to fall asleep listening to the waves was so calming. No kitchenette, but has all the basics we needed!
Facility was better than expected. As a frequent traveler I take the marketing and photo impressions with a grain of salt. Many are overrated by a star or two but this condo complex was superb. It’s smaller than most but centrally located for easy shopping (making small meal and snack prep easy. Neighbor noise was noticeable but not overwhelming and the staff cleaned communal areas daily with a beautiful pool. beach and handy rec room. Grills were clean and easy to use. As a cyclist i enjoyed easy access to the bike/hike trail.and local bus with bike rack a short walk from the condo. Rates are reasonable for the stay
It has a gear centrality. Easy access to the entire island and many stores.Clean room. Detailed instruction. Easy parking. Comfortable bed.
Love the apartment and location but few things that were not mentioned in the listing was the lack of an AC unit and also lack of privacy due to the window in the bathroom had no blinds nor curtains. It was so hot even with the fans. I could see and hear people walking by while in the bathroom as it was the main walkway for a lot of the units in.
I traveled by myself, and this stay was exactly what I needed!
Location was great, parking was easy, the studio was clean and well organized. I loved that the complex has a pool right next to the beach, and the beach was very convenient to relax.

This studio is just what you need. Big and comfy bed, spacious and clean restroom. Everything you need when in Kauai. I liked this unit very much, a few steps from the beach. Can’t go wrong staying here
