Loved the ocean front views. Hearing the waves at night was magical. Good location- close enough to Kona but away from the crowds. Loved all the beach gear. Plenty of room. Overall nice place.
There were a couple of items that need to be addressed. One kitchen cupboard door is in need of securing to the frame. The instructions for the A/C did not match the dials etc. on the wall. We had to call the caldwell office. The instructions need to be much clearer. Kitchen knives are quite dull. The fan in the bedroom with twin beds seems loose. Eye piece on big binoculars was broken. A plug in the loft did not work. The roller blind instructions on the lanai need to be clarified. When deliveries etc. were made, we found someone had entered the condo. without any notification to us. Front door does not latch if screen door is closed.
We had a wonderful stay. The location right on the ocean is fantastic, and the complex is quiet and has beautiful grounds and amenities. The condo was fully appointed and spotless. We would definitely stay here again!
This condo was well maintained and in a great location. Check in and communication was very smooth. The unit was well stocked and the grounds were beautifully kept. Besides the few dirty dishes in the cupboard (to be expected in rentals) everything was very clean. We had an evening flight and were able to check out late which was very appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful condo right at the edge of the waves breaking over the lava shore. Perfect sunset view. Nicely furnished, decorated and equipped. Has beach chairs and snorkeling equipment. Convenient to beaches, snorkeling, and shopping. 10 minute drive to downtown Kona/Kailua. All living quarters are up a long, fairly steep stairwell after you enter the condo, a bit of a challenge if you have heavy suitcases.
Loved the ocean right outside patio and deck furniture was a real plus. Very comfortable. Pool was clean and has nice furnishings. Inside could use some upgrades but overall a good place to stay. Felt safe also.
My seven-year-old twins, and I loved the space. It was cozy and provided very easy access to all the downtown Kona activities. If my kids had their way, they would’ve been in the heated pool 12 hours a day. Marc even provides some of the beach essentials, such as a beach umbrella, cooler and chairs. Highly recommend the space.

Facility is out dated but in good shape. Pool is small but grounds well kept. Condo was good for an overnight stay until we went to another part of the island.
Great Location and easy to get in and out to car. It is on Third floor, and it was perfect for us. However, the Air conditioner is only in bedroom. During the day, living room and kitchen for really hot, even with two fans running. Paid extra to have A/C, but found only in bedroom. Also, renter shouldn't have to dump water from A/C water collector. I dumped it every night, if I don't, it give error code and stops working. Landlord should have it plumbing done properly, like 8 saw others in the same area. So, if you want AC, place, don't take this. Otherwise, it's a really nice place and cleaned.
