We had a very nice stay. Nice complex and location to what Kona has to offer. We would stay there again!
1803 was great. Good communication. And the view to die for. Wish could stay longer. A/c cold and even had gift basket waiting for us. Would definitely go back.
The condo was wonderful, and the hosts provided a bouquet of flowers and basket of Kona goodies for us when we arrived. The view is stunning. Shampoo and soap was provided. The beds were comfortable, though the A/C could be adjusted to be more even among all bedrooms. FYI we were informed when we arrived to keep all food out of bedrooms and keep the kitchen clean because pests could arrive (ants). We kept everything clean and never saw any ants. But all families are different so it’s nice to know before you come. The nearby shopping center had everything we needed. Thank you!
Property was great, the view was amazing. The closet with games, towels, chairs, snorkels, etc. was appreciated. The parking was a little narrow, but we fit a Chevy Tahoe. The pools were nice. Location was close to stores. Communication was excellent.
Everything we needed was there. The view was amazing. They even had some including snorkel gear and beach gear to use. My family had a great time. I would book this spot again.
We loved spending time out on the lanai . It’s definitely right on the water!The ocean pool was wonderful and the location can’t be beat .
We had the absolute best time staying at this condo. The view is breathtaking, we had breakfast and dinner on the balcony almost every day. The kids played in the tide pools in the morning. The condo was clean and spacious . And the pool overlooking the ocean was a close walk and the perfect touch. We will absolutely stay here again, and we already recommended it to our family for their visit next year!
We travelled to Hawaii with our kids (11 and 14) and my parents, who had never travelled before but had HI as a bucket list trip. The condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. My parents were able to have their own suite down on the end, and the kids were happy up in the loft. We all loved starting the day with coffee on the lanai looking out at the ocean and with occasional breakfast time dolphin viewing. The house was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The beach chairs and coolers were well appreciated. The location was ideal for quick food and grocery options, nearby beaches and snor, and easy access to multiple locations further afield.
This condo is so great to stay at, I previously stayed there about five years ago. I wanted to share the fabulous view with other family members. If you need a 3 Bedroom Accommodations this would be it. The condo is spacious and well stocked. I would certainly go back again.
Nice complex of condos, quiet, clean, good location. Condo itself was well set up for two couples, and a loft. Furnishings a little tired but otherwise well stocked kitchen and tons of beach/pool stuff. Owners were very accommodating to allow of late check out - nice bonus for us.

Very comfy property right on the water. The ocean isn’t really usable but there is a nice pool and you can snorkel in the harbor nearby even if the surf is crashing. Beds were comfy and the AC worked fine. Location is very close to groceries and
The perfect property for our family vacation! We traveled with our adult kids and SO for 10 days over Thanksgiving. The condo could not have been more perfect! Comfortable couch and recliners. All the beach equipment you could ask for, big kitchen. And the best view on the island! From the lanai we saw dolphins, whales and an outrigger race. Pounding surf one day splashing onto the rocks up and down the coast.
2 king size beds along with a queen and twin gave everyone ample room.

Our stay was PERFECT! The condo was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy a perfect stay in paradise. Views for miles while listening to the crashing waves! We saw dolphins in the morning while enjoying the best Kona Coffee and beautiful sunsets in the evening right from out Lanai. Location was perfect, pools were never too crowded, beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of room for our party of 6. Thank you Kanaloa at Kona for our helping to make our vacation memorable and perfect!
Can’t beat a cup of morning Coffee on this lanai. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the snorkeling gear and beach gear provided. No tennis rackets but these can easily be checked out from office. Super friendly staff there
Beautiful location with amazing views
This condo is beautiful and the view is amazing. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Prior to arrival I noticed something in the fine print of the information sent to us after booking stating there was a $25 fee each day to use the air conditioning. This is not listed anywhere on the online listing so I reached out to the manager and shared that this extra fee wasn't on the listing and having AC was one reason we booked this place. He responded and said he would take the extra fee off (it had already been added). When we arrived at the condo at 7:30pm the condo was 85degrees and the controls for the air were locked. We reached out via vrbo and didn't get a response but then reached out to a different number given upon arrival and they shared that we didn't pay for AC and I let her know I was told her didn't need to and she eventually helped us get the AC going. Just beware the AC is only available if you pay extra and the house does get quite hot without it.
The condo is very nice and has a magnificent view of crashing waves and spectacular sunsets. Our welcome package was very sweet and delicious. The only negatives were the very old kitchen appliances and dim lighting in bath and kitchen.
