Beautiful condo! Very clean, gorgeous view of the golf course. Perfect location. Stocked with anything you would need for a beach outing. Quiet gorgeous grounds. Highly recommended.

Would definitely recommend this rental. Pros include comfortable beds, plenty of linens, beach equipment, A/C and fans, property features and plenty of parking. Only con was water pressure was a little low and water never got very warm for showers. I would return to this rental!!
The condo is much bigger than we thought, lots of space for our group of 5. Location is nice and quiet and close to lots of amenities. The place was very clean and we had no issues. Resortica is very buttoned up as a property manager would come back to this place any time.
We had a great time at 303. The property is very clean and beautiful. Welcoming staff was very friendly and helpful. Condo was very clean and had everything a family needs to have a relaxing stay. Bedrooms were very spacious and each had its own fans and A/C units which was very nice. We had a great t.time. ifbherbedroom.
Great communication as far as answering any of my questions and accommodated my check-in time. Very pleased with my stay and made my experience for my family and I a great one.
My whole family enjoy this beautiful and well appointed condo. Would definitely stay here again. In addition, we loved the complex and the pools.

Super convenient location - grocery and drug store just minutes away. Great farmer’s market on Saturday at the shopping centre. Only downside is the flight of stairs if you’re traveling with an elderly individual.

My wife and I celebrated our 31st Anniversary. Our adult son and his fiance, joined us for part of the trip. All of us agreed the accommodations were absolutely perfect! Big, clean, bright and every possible item needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The lanai(s) were huge and well covered. We enjoyed most of our hours outside in the cozy garden setting. Afte 16 days, we did not want to leave. We have stayed at other units in Kanaloa in the past (and they were great), but this unit was newly remodeled and felt like home! (Our only opportunity we can suggest to the owners are different towels. The bath towels left lint all over us and our clothes). Not the biggest deal, but everything else was top notch! Definitely a 5/5 star rating! We can't wait to return.
We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a family of 4. Really appreciated the beach gear!! The ocean pool was awesome for watching the sunset.
