When we arrived the apartment was blistering hot inside. It took me calling property management to locate the ac unit … it’s a window unit sitting on the ground blocked by the entertainment center. So air flow is minimal at best. It took the better part of two days to get it cool enough… . Maintenance man came by day two , cleaned the ac filter and we agreed it was in a bad location and is undersized for the whole place. Mini splits would be way more economical.Once our friends arrived upon him taking a shower in their bathroom the drain was clogged instantly. He finished in our shower as it was draining. Don’t expect a powerful shower either , shower heads are the worst !!! Next day maintenance had the drains cleared. There is no beach , it’s a block wall that has been washing out and is marked to keep away about 40’ across . Views are good , . Sunrise is awesome if your up then . Pool is small but very clean and not overcrowded at all. Checkout … where to begin … check out is 10:00 am for some strange reason. We needed a 12:00 checkout time due to late flight back to DFW… they wanted 100 at first then 100 first hr and 150 each additional, never had that issue before til now. Read fine print
If you are looking for a ritzy place to stay, then look at the expensive places in Wailea. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, clean, central location, then look no further. This place checks all the boxes. We loved the location and took long walks on the beach daily. The pool is lovely and never crowded. Short walk to the marina where there are great restaurants and gift shops. We loved that the condo included beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers which we used daily. I was worried about the bedrooms not having AC but it was not an issue at all with the constant Maui breeze. My Perfect Stay had great communication with all the needed details and recommendations. We highly recommend this condo.
The pictures, and description was spot on. As described. Perfect view, next to starbucks, the aquarium, and great little restaurant with 3 dollar mai tais and steak and lobster dinner for less than 20.00.
The location was good. We had some cleaning issues and 1 bed was very hard. We contacted the property manager and they resolved our issue the next day. Very accommodating. Would stay again.
