Our stay was fantastic! The place is close to groceries, restaurants and beaches. It is immaculate, comfortable, quiet and spacious with a lot of light and an incredible view! We loved our vacation and would come back without any hesitation. Highly recommended! Mahalo!

We stayed at this condo for 10 days and really loved it!! So much space and lots of extra things to use in the house like a pack n play, high chair, beach toys galore, and a bunch of stuff I’m missing. We would definitely come back to stay at this condo!
Very clean and beautiful rental with wonderful views.
Nice stay! Clean house with beautiful views in a good location that was close to places we wanted to go. Hanalei Bay is 10ish minutes. There’s a Foodland and shave ice 0.3 miles away. 52 minutes from Lihue airport. Sand toys and beach toys in the garage. Extra beach towels. Air conditioning was adequate. Pool is very clean and heated which was great. Manager was very responsive! In a complex of about 50 identical units. Neighborhood was very quiet while we were there.
3 stars for the cookware which is pretty standard for vacation rentals. Thought washing AND putting away the dishes was a bit much to ask when leaving first thing in the morning considering price and cleaning service. Most places just ask you to start the dishwasher at most.
Overall, would recommend the stay but it was our first time to Kauai so we might look around for a different type of experience next time.

Spacious, lovely home in a quiet area with many windows and beautiful views. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well-stocked with essentials. Had AC, but we did not need it. It had more room than we needed and would work well for a larger group with very good separation of space. One of us found the pillows too hard and would have appreciated some soft ones. Also, explanation of electronically controlled blinds would have been helpful. House was very clean except some bath mats looked like they needed a wash. Thank you for a great stay!

I would just like to comment on how impressed we were with Villas of Kamalii Unit#47. The home had all high end finishings, with an amazing view and extras such as beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogey boards. I would recommend this property to anyone and we will definitely look into this unit if/when we return.

We really enjoyed our weak-long stay at the Villas of Kamali'i. The location is great -- a short drive from both Princeville and Hanalei. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities we expected -- and more: the beach chairs, umbrellas, and the other beach gear was very convenient to have there. The management staff was friendly and responsive.

We had a truly wonderful time at this condo in Princeville. It was more than enough space for our family and had all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent and the view is more spectacular than in the photos. Any questions were addressed promptly by the property manager. Would absolutely stay here again. The only downside was having to leave :(

My whole family enjoyed this property! It worked for my parents, my husband and our children (1 and 4) and my brother and niece and nephew (10 and 15). The property was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The views of the mountains from the living room and lanai were breathtaking. The neighborhood was quiet and close the the grocery store and many amazing beaches. Communication with the property manager was very responsive and kind. Meredith was extremely helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely book this place again. Absolutely recommend.
Great property and location! Beautiful view. Loved sitting out in the morning drinking coffee and watching rainbows!! Most places are about 25-30 minutes to get to. But it’s Hawaii enjoy the views!
A few suggestions that would be nice. Just to have handy would be ziplock bags, foil, etc.

We had a great time in unit 47 at The Villas.It was mostly quiet and serene. We appreciated the noise rules from 10 pm to 8 am. Of course the Kauai roosters go off when they feel like it.The kitchen and dining room worked out great for us. The lush mountain view was amazing. I wish the third bedroom was larger and had a real bed Instead of a pull out couch. The location was easy to find and near a large grocery store, shopping, restaurants, and beaches. We don’t golf but the course looked nice and also had disc golf.
Condo listed A/C. A/C did not work, and property management did not repair. Kind of made it very hot!
I’ve stayed in princeville many times and this was by far the most enjoyable. Quiet , beautiful and spacious

Perfect location for our stay in the north shore. Gorgeous view outside balcony. Short drive to many beaches. Cannot say enough great things about our stay. Two thumbs up.
We have been to Hawaii 7 times now and this was by far the cleanest property we have stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Beautiful! We would definitely stay here again
We loved our stay at this property in Princeville. The home itself was spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and well-equipped for our vacation. However, the biggest stunner about this property is the incredible view. With multiple lanais and huge windows, you can see the gorgeous mountains of the north from almost every room. We took advantage of the outdoor spaces and views whenever we were home - enjoying our coffee in the morning, and watching the stars at night. Highly recommend this property, not a bad thing to say.
The place is nearby foodland and also near hanalei, which was really convenient. We didn’t have any linens for one of the rooms but the property manager delivered some linens the next day! Very relaxing stay!
