Great location. Met our needs. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants.Pleasantly surprised of all the amenities like free parking, kitchen supplies, grocery items of spices and condiments, bathroom toiletries, and beach accessories.Would return to this site and condo again.Not surprised by previous accolades from former vacationers.Only drawback was access to a sandy beach without a considerable drive and a really small pool on the premises.
Visited Kona for our 5 year anniversary. Loved every second of it
We stayed here for our honeymoon. I don't know how many times during our stay we said - this is the perfect place! The layout is awesome - it's so open & breezy - & we loved having a window in the bedroom as well as the living room. The view is amazing. It was so nice to come back to this spot after a day of beaching or adventuring around the island to relax. We didn't hear our neighbors at all. The bed is super comfortable - we both slept amazing. There's tons of extra towels, sheets, pillows, etc. We did a lot of cooking & the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only hiccup was us accidentally turning the ice machine off in the fridge! User error - but even then, ice trays to the rescue. Almost everything we needed for a day at the beach was provided. We loved all of the cute cats wandering the property. It really felt like home away from home! Kona is gorgeous & this location allows you to easily explore the Farmer's Market & main strip on the water by foot. It was nice being so close to major stores to stock up on groceries & drinks. Just a quick drive to everything we needed. The only thing missing that we had to buy was dry bags - so future travelers be sure to pack those if needed! I would highly recommend this space. We had a wonderful time & did not want to leave!
Fantastic! Property had lots of amenities and an incredible view. Lots in walking distance and property manager was communicative and check-in / out was hassle free. Well stocked kitchen.

Very convenient location, with assigned location that affords the opportunity to walk down to Kona Village and surrounding areas and to also have easy access to the north and south highways. While not “on the beach” and there are buildings partially blocking the view, there is still a lovely view of the ocean that makes a morning cup of coffee on the lanai a real joy.

Great condo with a beautiful view. It has all the necessary amenities including beach chairs and an umbrellas. The location is perfect for all that Kona has to offer.
This was a wonderful place to stay!! We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping, it was quiet and very clean!! Lots of water toys, cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs! We would stay again. Thank you

Very central, great view.. space and well equipped
Great condo in a great spot in downtown Kona. Walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as the beach at King Kam. Easy drive to all the island activities. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It is in need of a spruce up as it's showing wear and tear (especially the carpet) but was perfect for our first stay in Hawaii. Management company was terrific and checked in with calls and emails to ensure our stay was great! Totally recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this conveniently located and affordable property with easy walking access to Kona town, and a nice view of the ocean just a block over. We were on the 5th floor so we could see over the church, which is between us and town. We particularly appreciated the free and designated parking spot. Parking in Kona is a headache so having our own spot made our days stress-free. The property was clean, quiet and cozy, the bathroom and kitchen could use a bit of updating but they had everything we needed from knives and pots and pans to a hair dryer and extra towels. The bedding was super comfortable and soft. There was also lots of beach gear, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and beachmats. We would love to stay here again next time we are on the big island.
You can't find a better spot if you want easy access to downtown Kona. Literally a 2 minute walk to Alii Drive and all the shops and restaurants it has to offer.
The unit itself is clean. A little tired...could use a fresh coat of paint and new flooring. (And maybe a coffee table.)
The bed was quite comfortable and the unit has everything you need from pots and pans for cooking to snorkels and beach chairs. You won't want for anything.
Onsite assigned parking is a big plus.
We were quite happy with this choice.
Most comfortable and welcoming place I’ve stayed in all of Hawaii over the years. Quality at its best. Everything from location, view, linens, furnishings, electronic and kitchen was dialed with care. Hope we get to stay again one day.
There was no dish cloths, scrub pads. If you request the garbage to be removed regularly due to small insect etc. then provide enough garbage bags. Hot water was almost non existent in shower. Photo of pool is deceiving - the pool is very small.
Other than that it was a good place
This is the perfect location so close to downtown Kona! Saves the hassle of having to try to find parking along the busy streets because everything is walkable. You cannot beat the ocean view from this room. The amenities are fantastic and everything you could need is included in this room - right down to snorkel gear, beach chairs and beach bags. Everything was so clean and the mattress was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The dimming light switches are also amazing! AC is a wall unit and keeps the entire place very cool. The property management company is phenomenal with their communication and they made check in a breeze. The only thing missing is a good pool, but the beaches are not too far away. I really loved staying here and would definitely stay again if I return to the area.
Nice clean and centrally located. You can walk to everything and a view of ocean.
