Gorgeous View , convenience location , Close to everything. Spotless and well Stocks for every room . Very nice host , answer Promly if you need help .So why all of those reasons i keep coming back to this Condo every time i go to Big Island !!!!Ps : I Look ít up many other Condos thís one í the best.

This unit is amazing! We've stayed in 20 vrbos and this was, by far, the best stocked rental we've ever had. The location is so convenient to restaurants and the pier. The building is very secure. We enjoyed the Smart TV, too, as we could hook into our streaming service. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning. What a view! I'd give this 10 stars if I could.
Property location was fine, the area is really loud with excessive noise. The unit and host were fantastic, I wish we could say the same for the building manager. He likes to read into the exiting rules to his interpretations. If your staying for a week or less and going to be taking in the sites during the day it's fine. We stayed 29 days for leisure vacation wanting to utilize the pool and accommodations but unfortunately that didn't transpire. The manager lives above the pool so be aware of how much noise (excessive) your kids make having fun in the pool. I wish we had a better review, but in the 25 yrs of coming to Kona renting condo's this was our worst experience.
The place was beautiful and clean with a gorgeous view. My only complaint is that it was advertised as having air conditioning, and when we got there, it turns out the air conditioning was broken. It should be fixed in the next week or so, so that shouldn’t be a problem for future guests. It just was pretty hot for us, unfortunately. Otherwise, everything else was lovely.
We had a fabulous stay in the Kona Alii condominium in May 2025. The condo is right in the heart of Kona, close to wonderful shops and restaurants. The veranda has an amazing view of the ocean - just across the street! The condo itself is very roomy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with wonderful amenities (the use of beach towels, beach chairs, etc.) We would love to return someday!
My sisters and I spent 16 fabulous days at Ron & Pam’s condo. I have stayed at many rental locations, by far this was the best stocked, usage of space and location. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. You wanted for nothing in this condo!!! As they say, location, location, location. We decided we would be returning before our trip was half over.
Very nicely furnished condo. Everything was as listed. Bed was comfortable. Nice lanai to sit on. Owner responded immediately to any communications we sent or to notify us of a water shutoff.
This renovated condo was a joy to stay in. It is well equipped, with beautiful view and nicely decorated. The owners have shown pride of ownership with the beautiful art on the walls and their response to our questions. Hoping to rent again next year.
Fantastic condo! Right in the heart of Kona . Walking distance to pretty much everything. I loved being able to hear the ocean right from the condo. Onsite free parking. Very nice and secure complex. Owners were awesome and respond very quickly to any questions. Kitchen was well equipped. Washer and dryer located right in unit. Really enjoyed our stay!
This condo was exactly as shown in the pictures! It had everything we needed for a great stay in Kailua Kona. We loved being able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Having parking included was awesome as well, since we had a rental car for exploring the island. Best part was having coffee on the lanai every morning and watching the cruise ships come in.
Such a fabulous place! It had everything you need and more. We spent every evening on the lanai. Thank you !
We had such a good time on our trip to Kona. Condo was in the perfect location to enjoy Kona and day trips all over the island. Would definitely stay here again!
Loved the condo and the location. People watching at its finest! My grandson enjoyed coming over and swimming in the nice pool.

What an ideal spot for enjoying the gorgeous sunsets and all the activities that Kailua-Kona has to offer! The location is beautiful and so convenient. The walkability is fantastic! This was also a convenient home base for us to explore, snorkel, and hike around the Big Island: Hiking in Volcano, snorkeling at Kahalu'u, hiking to Papakolea Green Sand Beach, visiting the Hilo Farmer's Market, driving to Waimea... Even for longer drives, it was lovely to come back to what truly felt like a home base. Mahalo for sharing this well-appointed, well-stocked, comfortable, beautiful space. We definitely recommend this location!
The location was fantastic, great security, the view from the room extraordinary, plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, within short walking distance. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is centrally located in Kona and it is close to everything. Perfect ocean view, beautiful sunset, people watching and sound of waves at night were the highlights of our stay. The owner was very kind and prompt in communicating everything. This condo has all amenities that anyone needs during a beach vacation including snorkeling gears, body boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and many more. We saw beautiful sunsets, canoe competitions and spinner dolphins from the lanai. We want to stay here again.
Checking in with the help of Noel made it so much easier. Make sure to read the black binder once you get inside it helps familiarize yourself with all that you need. It was a marvelous location and you can’t beat the view. Unit was very well supplied. We hope to return because we loved it.

Property and stay were perfect. Neat and tidy space. Comfortable for 3 older teens and parents (main bedroom with comfy mattress and full bath was lovely; 2nd full bath with laundry and cleverly separated sleeping/living spaces in main room were equally so). All kitchen needs were accommodated with multiple areas for fam to be together or not. Location (and lovely porch) offered excellent ocean viewing, people watching, and options for dining. Excellent trail and beach exploring, and walk-in snorkeling or diving were within easy drive in both directions. Thoroughly enjoyed our daily jaunts and had all we needed to feel comfortable upon our return to Kona Ali 306.
We had no problems checking in. The unit is well stocked. Everyone had their own bed which was great. The pool was very fun and the kids loved having noodles etc. There were plenty of chairs and towels it was easy to walk to dinner and the building is very secure. We enjoyed watching the activity on the street and the ocean. The parking is very concierge. I would highly recommend this unit
This was our second trip to Kona—and this time we brought our 2 adult daughters and our daughter’s boyfriend (who became her fiancée during this trip!) The condo was clean, comfortable and the location cannot be beat! Owners were very helpful and communication was great throughout the process. We would stay here again!
We loved this condo because it was the perfect home base for exploring the entire island. We were close to many beaches within a reasonable driving distance, and next door to many delicious restaurants to grab takeoit after a long day at the beach. The condo has every amenity you need, like boogie boards and life vests. We saw a whale from the balcony. The owner answered immediately when we called with a question. Loved everything about this rental.

The condo was perfect for our needs. It was very comfortable and the view from the lanai was fantastic. We appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs that were provided as well as the information on the beaches that were close by. We visited several of them. The kitchen was well equipped and we also used the bbq several times in the pool area. The ceiling fans were great, especially the one in the bedroom. Ron was very attentive and helpful and very easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this condo.
