Everything was perfect for us.
The view from this condo is stunning! We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the sunset, the surfers, and the waves. The view extends into the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen has everything needed to prep some meals at the condo and the view from the kitchen was better than at many of the restaurants in the area. The beach gear (chairs, towels, cooler, boogie board) were appreciated! The condo is well maintained and was very clean. Wayne was responsive and helpful when we needed him. We would not hesitate to recommend this company or this condo and would love to stay here again. Mahalo for everything and aloha until next time.

This was a great location with easy walks to restaurants and the nearby beach (good for sun and snorkeling). Clean, enough amenities, not over the top but really solid. 10/10 would come back to this condo!
We had an incredible time at the condo. Wayne went above and beyond and was available at any time for issues. And then also gave us great tips on what to do. The condo has an amazing view and is at a great location. I highly recommend

We love this location. Close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Your own little oasis! Beautiful sunsets from the lanai, yoga on the beach next door and lovely pool perfect for your stay.
Condo was great. It was clean and had everything we needed including a couple of beach chairs that came in handy a few times. Located within walking distance to restaurants / bars and of course an ABC store. Also close to everything else you need - grocery, Walmart, Target etc. We cooked quite a few meals there and had everything we needed. Pool area was great a jacuzzi was the perfect temp. Highly recommend.
We just spent 14 days at the Kona Reef in F-26 what a fabulous condo. You can see the ocean from the lani and watch the surfers and dolphins. They have enough dishes to make a meal if you choose to. We used this condo many times and it never disappoints us.

Kona Reef is a nice property. Our condo was very nice, good view from the lanai. The owner's instructions were comprehensive and clear (although I was unable to find the dumpster in the parking lot when it came time to check out). I would highly recommend Unit F26 to anyone.
The property has a beautiful view of the ocean, nice pool area, and is an easy walk to town for morning coffee or evenings out. We would come again.
Great place to stay in Kona! Centrally located to access many great spots. We enjoyed sunsets and nightly from property. The home was clean and comfortable matching the description and pictures.
Close to beaches, dining, and shopping. Great view from the balcony. Only complaints are that the towels are old and thin and smelled rather musty and the bed is pretty rickety. Otherwise, this wa s great place and very conveniently located.

Great location, good furnished condo. Lot of restaurants at walking distance, small beach next to the resort. Pool was great, kids had lots of fun. great package for family. Wayne is responsive, we had some trouble with towels, he replaced them next day.
Perfect spot for a week vacation close to everything, had everything we needed and more. I will be back here next year!
Wonderful ocean view, nice balcony with a view over the pool and the ocean, the hot tub is very nice, the kitchen is fully functional, location is very close to restaurants and shops, but not too close to be noisy. Nothing modern and fancy but decent enough for a relaxing vacation.
