Really great stay. The place had everything we needed and the location was ideal. We made great use of the pools.
Jackie was a very hospitable and responsive host. Her place is lovely, clean and nicely decorated. We loved swimming in the salt water pool next to the ocean at sunset. The living area was a bit snug for 4 adults but we made it work, and overall really enjoyed our stay.
Well maintained unit and complex. We used the bbq to cook dinner one night. Easy drive to Kona coffee belt and 40 minutes to Hapuna Beach. Short 5-10 minute drive to other beaches as well as to downtown Kona.

Clean and adorably decorated. The grounds are well maintained with spectacular landscaping.Convenient to town—could walk or rent bikes—we Ubered for less than 10. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Very nice VRBO in Kona. The complex is mostly seniors and they take good care of it. The unit is clean and pretty well apportioned. We would probably stay here again.
We stayed at Jackie's for a few nights during our honeymoon. The salt water pool was fabulous, the guests staying in other units on the property were quiet and respectful, and the birds in the morning were so peaceful. The kitchen was great and the place was clean. We appreciated having a W/D to use during our stay. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to have coffee / creamer supplied, but otherwise everything else was great! I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, clean, peaceful stay in Kona. :)
The grounds were beautiful and the unit was pristine. Check in was easy and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We stayed to watch some friends do the Ironman race. While a little far from the start, the run passes in front the property but overall it was a great location for other key sites. The a/c made the stay great as it is hot and humid.
Overall pleased with how clean the place was and the big comfy bed. The views were beautiful and it was nice that they have a sitting area right by the ocean for viewing day or night 😁

The condo was beautiful and very relaxing. The grounds are amazing with two pools, we especially loved the saltwater pool near the ocean. We will definitely be coming back soon!
This is a beautiful and very comfortable condo with all the essential amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The owners stayed in contact with me during Hurricane Hone making sure I was safe and secure. The management took every precaution to make sure all residents and guests were informed and safe.
The condo is clean and cute inside. The owner communicates well about check in procedures. The lanai has a nice view of ocean and one of the pools. There's a washer and dryer in unit which is nice.
The cleaning lady was there as we were packing up before checkout time, so they are on it! She was sweet as we traded spots.
When we arrived there were no car tags at the welcome desk so we left a note on the dash hoping to not have a problem. All was well the next day, but if you want parking inside the gate you need to get there early and stay parked or you'll be outside, which seems fine but if you're looking for the extra security of a gated entry, you simply can't be gone in the evening and expect a spot when you come back. That's not an issue the condo owner is responsible for, just something to be aware of bc the spaces available are few.
It was so relaxing im the condo with a perfect view and stunning seaside. Jackie is a great host, always available and totally helpful.
The condo is well equipped with all you need- we haven’t missed anything. It’s also a quiet place, so you can enjoy your vacation. Thank you.

Very clean and full equiped apartment. We stayed for a week; very nice location to downtown Kona, but you need to drive.
Quiet place; the two pools (open intolérance 9:00 pm) have been really appreciated by our family!
This property was in a very convenient location.

We always stay at jackies place when we come to hawaii. Perfect location. Perfect view, perfect everything. Jackie is the best to communicate with always. Cant wait till next year!!!

The condo was exactly as described, pools were great and met some very nice fellow travelers. Manta Ray snorkel @ nite once in a lifetime if on the Big Island make the choice do go swim with Hawaii Oceanic.
The property itself was nicely updated and comfortable. This is an older building complex with 2 pools and oceanfront sunset view.
Only issue we had was this owner uses a lockbox and key to access instead of modern keyless entry keypad like other units here. We accidentally locked the key inside, locked out with only our bathing suits and phone. Contacted owner immediately and she couldn't/wouldn't help us get back inside until the next day! Instead of providing her local contact's info she reminded us no less than 11 times that we wouldn't be in that situation if we had put the keys back in the lockbox as instructed. If it wasn't for the kindness of other owners we had just met at the complex we would have had nowhere to sleep that night. Ultimately we were refunded for the one night we couldn't access the unit, but due to this owner's belittling and unhelpful response to us getting locked out, we will never rent through this owner again.
