We love this modest condo, very quiet complex within walking distance to all of Kailua’s downtown attractions. We didn’t even rent a car this trip. Nicely appointed kitchen compared to other rentals we’ve experienced. We added a steamer basket to the options and left a large supply of coffee filters for the nice Cuisinart coffee maker. (Gotta try all the local coffees!) shopping bag, beach gear, screened lanai. Good AC in the kitchen area, fans in each room. We had an adorable baby gecko this time who was very polite. Its our home away from home, love it.

Its a 2 block walk to the Kailua harbor, 1/2 block to Kona Coffee & Tea, 1/2 block to a number of restaurants and markets. Quiet place to recharge for the next day of island appreciation. We are already planning our return trip!
