Absolutely loved this condo. We've stayed at several condos in Kona Plaza over the years and this has been my favorite. Loved the extra space, the huge kitchen, and even the bed!

Enjoyed the stay! So central to all the restaurants and close to beautiful beaches. It was well equipped and we were happy with the snorkeling gear. Appreciated the Netflix in the evening.

I wanted a place I could walk from into the center of Kona and this is the place. Clean and many extras made available for me and my friends to use. Owners are very responsive and their description is very accurate. If you want to experience all that Kona has to offer you can’t go wrong with this condo. Thank you.

Very nice two bedroom condo. Lots of space.

The condo is situated in a parking lot, and the views from both bedrooms were disappointing. One bedroom looked directly into the parking lot, while the second faced the ramp to the garage. The pool area was just on the other side of the lanai blinds, and it felt like there was zero privacy. You could easily reach out and interact with someone in the pool, and the constant noise from the area was hard to ignore.
Additionally, the condo itself was in need of a thorough cleaning. There was a strong, musty smell throughout, which unfortunately permeated everything we brought inside. Our clothes and hair ended up smelling like the musty odor, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The beds were small, barely double-sized, and far from comfortable. Only one bedroom had air conditioning, and the rest of the condo was stuffy, which made it hard to relax.
On the positive side, the property manager was very helpful and friendly, which was appreciated. However, despite this, the overall experience left much to be desired. Between the lack of privacy, the unpleasant smell, and the uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, I wouldn't recommend this condo for anyone seeking a peaceful or relaxing stay in Kona.

We loved our time at this rental. The kitchen is well stocked. It is centrally located. The pool is great and there are lots of sand toys Floaties umbrellas available. The beds were extremely comfortable although they are small. There is floor mats that you can use to sleep on in one of the bedrooms. We can’t wait to come back!!!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the condo very much. The 2nd couple wished there was an AC in the 2nd bedroom, and the bathrooms were a little dirty on our arrival, but other than that it was great. We played games and puzzles, and loved the location. appreciate

The place is perfect, centrally located in downtown Kaiula Kona. The accommodations were excellent and the place very clean and well maintained. I just booked it again for next year.

We had a fantastic stay at this short-term rental! The unit was well-equipped with air conditioning, which was a huge relief during the hot days. Having laundry facilities available was incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The location was perfect—everything we needed was within walking distance, and the parking situation was unbeatable. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Great place walking distance to downtown Kona, 2 minutes. Go to Mass first thing then find coffee and breakfast. Lots of variety. Cruise the island seeing the sites return to the condo and find dinner within walking or make it in the condo. Thanks for sharing your place.
