Great place and location.. Could use an updated a/c and deep clean, but overall great rental
All good except air conditioning couldn’t keep up and was annoying to have blow directly at bed.
Fun and cute location! Very clean. Pool is wonderful and close to many beaches and activities.

This unit from the pictures was very nice and stated air conditioning. However upon staying at this condo there is only air in the two bedrooms, the loft stays very hot and so does the kitchen and living room. The “furniture” is outdoor furniture that is unbelievably uncomfortable. This unit needs a lot of upgrading for the price they charge. The paint was chipped everywhere in the unit and all the bedding and furnishings were very old. The kitchen was the only newer part of the whole place. The upstairs bathroom has the smallest shower we’ve ever been in and needs to be remodeled. There’s little to no amenities. The day of check in I was sent two different units and it took a few hours to figure out which was actually check in. We reached out to the host and NEVER received a response. Overall the place did the job but it was disappointing for the price point. The host really need to do some upgrading and remodeling for the price they charge.
Great location, property description matches, added AC in the main area would be helpful but our group enjoyed our stay. Would book again.
The property was comfortable. There were 5 of us but also would have been good for 6. Could definitely use a deep clean and some maintenance. The AC and washer/dryer were loud but it was a consistent white noise. The location was great.
The area is great! Very peaceful, the pool was great. We liked the property, it was clean and comfortable. It was not super stocked with supplies specifically in the kitchen. Not much in terms of personal touch.
The property was nice, conveniently located, nice walk to the beach.
Great location and place!
We were spending a week on Oahu visiting family and showing the island to a couple that were there for the first time. We have stayed at Turtle Bay many times before and this time was just like the others. A nice place to stay away from the crowds and hustle of the big cities. Beautiful location.

What a wonderful week on the north shore of Oahu. Turtle Bay is an incredible setting with perfect access to beach and PCC. As always, we didn’t want to leave. Layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 5. We will be back for sure!
Filthy and Disgusting. Dust, cobwebs everywhere, outlet not connected to wall, Mold and other disgusting growth on the walls, air-conditioning units that barely worked, Rust on all sliders & shower, Mold and destroyed trim Happy to provide pictures Asking for REFUND !!!
Our family had a wonderful and stress-free vacation thanks to the easy, contactless check-in and check-out process! The beautiful unit was exactly as pictured and spotlessly clean. We loved the backyard view of the golf course and the easy 10-minute walk to the beach. Plus, the pool was just steps away! The unit had all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. With plenty of space for our family of six, we're already planning our return trip. Highly recommend!

Family of 5 stayed over Christmas break, and the location is everything we hoped for. This side of the island has a slowed pace of life, complete opposite of the Honolulu city. Kewela Bay proved perfect for snorkeling with sea turtles. We didn't visit the same beach twice. Its about 10 minutes from Foodland (closest grocery store) and 15 minutes from the Polynesian Cultural Center, Kaula Ranch and so many great family activities.

Condo was minutes from a beautiful beach, trails, and stables. Two bedroom and 2 baths makes this condo very convenient. Shop at Costco before heading to the condo so you can eat in comfort at the nice size table family style.

We had an enjoyable stay at this property. Although the unit is a little older it was well maintained and clean. It was very easy to get access and the location is very good for seeing the North Shore area.
The location is great- on the course and close to the pool. The furnishings are very dated as you can tell from the listing. The unit has more wear than I was prepared for - and given the premium price, I expected more, I would be mindful of this. The check in was easy. I think having beach chairs is a reasonable assumption but we couldn’t find any.
We stayed here for our family’s first visit to Hawaii and could not have been happier. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our needs as we wanted to be able to cook some of our meals during our stay to be able to save a bit on meal costs. The kitchen and cooking appliances were useable and everything we needed was provided. We also were able to do laundry which kept us ready to explore and play each day.
The facilities at the resort are beautiful, we loved the pools, gardens, gheckos, and pickleball. We had an evening family pool party one of the evenings where we grilled at the pool and had the pool closest to our condo to ourselves and our kids used the pools to practice snorkeling to prepare for a day at Sharks Cove.
The staff was very helpful but allowed privacy and the neighboring tenants were very quiet, keeping the experience serene and restful. We highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay at the Alea! The resort is beautiful and we loved walking across the golf course to watch the sunset at the beach. The kitchen was decently stocked with everything you need to cook. We really liked having 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Our only complaint is that the loft got very warm for our two younger kids. Ifthe trade winds weren't blowing, it was very uncomfortable as they were trying to sleep. We definitely recent this property! And if you get it chance, make sure to check out the organic shave ice place that is across the highway from the entrance to Turtle Bay. It was our favorite!

I recently stayed at a vacation rental in what was advertised as Kuilima Estates East, only to find out it was actually located in Kuilima Estates West.The general location map showes it on the west side of Kuilima Dr. Kuilima East is much more acessable to the beach, thats why we prefer to stay there. Throughout our stay, we encountered numerous disappointments that made the price we paid feel exorbitant.Firstly, the pool, was closed six out of the seven days we were there. This lack of access to a promised amenity greatly hindered our enjoyment.Upon entering the property, we were greeted with an unpleasant surprise – nails protruding from the rug, posing a safety hazard. It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not priorities, as evidenced by the broken screen and damaged appliances scattered throughout the condo.Furthermore, the state of cleanliness was appalling. Sand, hair, and stains littered the surfaces, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning between guests. It was disheartening to feel like we had stepped into someone else's mess rather than a professionally managed vacation rental.Overall, our experience fell far short of our expectations, leaving us feeling cheated out of our hard-earned money. The combination of misleading advertising, lack of amenities, and poor cleanliness makes it impossible for me to recommend this property to others. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for your vacation accommodations.
great place to stay! Condo could use a little updating, such as fresh paint, a new rug and new couch. But it was clean and enjoyed our time there. Loved having the golf course out the back, the pool so close and the beach within walking distance! Would stay here again

Great updated unit with newer flooring and countertops. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of ice in icemaker. Would stay here again! Cust service agents were very helpful and friendly. Only negative is the security deposit takes several weeks and several phone calls to get back. Rental agreement says it will be refunded 2-3 days after the stay.

Staying at Kuilima Estates was a great experience. The condo was very clean and in an excellent location- one pool was right outside our door and the beach, golf course, and stables were all within short walking distances. We loved going for walks in the evening to Lei Lei’s restaurant at the golf course for drinks and dessert! The North Shore area is fabulous and we much preferred it to the few days we spent in the Honolulu area. There is so much to see and do around the North Shore! A few things we’d suggest the owners attend to: a better mattress in upstairs bedroom (it was pretty tough to sleep comfortably when you’re both rolling inward!), an arrival supply of coffee would have been appreciated for that first morning after a very late arrival the night before, the furniture on the lanai was terrible to sit on-please upgrade!! Generally this unit could use a little TLC- a new paint job would definitely spruce it up. There were beach towels, but no snorkel gear or beach chairs, so we left two sets of snorkel gear and two lawn chairs. Overall, it was clean , comfortable for our family of five adults and one young baby, a great location, and we’d stay definitely stay here again!
Overall great experience. Would rent again!
