Vacation Rental Details

Steps away from famous Kahalu’u Beach, this two bedroom condo is perfectly positioned to enjoy ocean sunsets and spectacular snorkeling. Sit on your lanai overlooking the pool, and the beach park across the street, while sipping your Kona coffee and enjoy the rolling waves in the distance. Walk down to the beach park and get an education from the Reef Teach volunteers before slipping into the water for snorkeling, stand up paddle-boarding, or surfing.

The main bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with marble walk in shower and double vanities. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed, with an attached bathroom that also opens to the hall. That bathroom has a newly resurfaced shower and separate soaking tub, as well as double vanities. The stackable washer and dryer, replaced in 2025, are also located here.

The main living and kitchen areas are full of beautiful koa wood (kitchen floor freshly refinished). The dining table will seat 4 with an additional 3 stools at the breakfast bar. There are ceiling fans in all living areas, but there is no air conditioning.

The complex offers a swimming pool, BBQ area, covered assigned parking & an elevator. Walk to Kahalu’u Beach Park, located approximately 700 feet away & only minutes to the Keauhou Shopping Center that has a grocery store, restaurants & shopping.

This is a non-smoking, no pets property. Quarterly, there is exterior and interior pest control scheduled by the complex management. The treatment is mandatory and may not be refused.

***DISCLOSURE: Kahalu'u Beach Park will be closed for coral spawning each year, in the second half of May. During the closure, the Kohala Center’s Kahalu‘u Bay Education Center and the Division of Land and Natural Resources Division of Aquatic Resources ask the public to refrain from swimming, snorkeling and surfing in Kahalu'u Bay to support the reproduction of cauliflower coral and to give the bay a rest.***
