Kaha Lani Unit 124 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front ground floor corner unit with magnificent views. Beautifully remodeled with porcelain floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds which can be made into a King. Enjoy views of sunrises over the ocean, whales during their seasonal migration to Hawaii and the occasional cruise ships that pass by. Sunset views can be enjoyed from the front side of unit.
The fully equipped kitchen is both lovely and very convenient for preparing meals and snacks. And, for grilling your favorite foods, the barbecue area is nearby. You will want to visit the local Sunshine Markets for fresh produce to include in your culinary creations.
Kaha Lani is centrally located on the East side of Kauai near Lydgate Park & Beach and is surrounded by County land and the Wailua golf course which gives it a very private and serene ambiance, being the only condominium in this immediate area. It is only 15 minutes north of the Lihue airport and two miles to Kapaa town restaurants and stores. The Kaha Lani Condominium complex is not a high rise and has Polynesian styled roof lines, abundant tropical gardens and palatial lawns. The property has a tennis court, a heated swimming pool and BBQ grills, all for your enjoyment.
The condo grounds are quiet, secluded and perfect for a romantic getaway. If you are a golfer, you will find Wailua Golf Course right next door! This is a beautiful ocean front public course (reasonably priced) which is rated one of the top municipal golf courses in the nation.
Lydgate beach park, is steps away with two man made reefs for protected swimming for adults and children. There is also a paved walking path along the ocean fronting Kaha Lani, or if you prefer to walk on the beach, during low tide you can walk almost three miles of wide white sand beach.
Activities nearby include: seasonal swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, helicopter and boat tours, tennis, golfing, surfing, fishing and shopping.

This guy lace was great! The manager was very responsive when we needed anything. The porch looks right out at the ocean. Nice breeze off the ocean. 200’ walk to a beautiful beach. No AC took a little adjusting to but with fans we were just fine.

We completely fell in love with this condo and its location. The morning sunrises were spectacular. We were literally steps from the beach and about a 10 min walk to the lagoons at Lydgate Beach Park . We loved collecting sea glass along the rocks. There was no a/c but it wasn’t needed with the windows open, allowing for the sounds and breeze from the ocean to cool the condo. There were plenty of fans available as well. The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities you would need to cook breakfast etc. There’s a Safeway 5 mins down the road for food and drinks.The washer and dryer were so convenient, the linen closet was full of extra towels along with pillows and blankets. They had everything covered! Mornings wouldn’t be complete with the roosters and chickens greeting us. Coconut Marketplace is down the road with restaurants, stores and a farmers market a couple times a week. There’s a disc golf course right next to the property on one side and a golf course on the other side. The grounds were well maintained and clean!!We definitely recommend this property to everyone!!

The home is well appointed: you can see the ocean from your living room, walking distance from Lydgate park. Comfy beds and good showers. The washer/dryer is very helpful. All the things you will need for a beach day are available: chairs, umbrella, snorkel kits. Internet works pretty well. Kitchen super equipped. To make this stay perfect, I would suggest AC: yes, we love the modern live things.

Kaha Lani 124 is highly recommended. The condo was in perfect condition. Every detail was accommodated. The view was fantastic and the very short walk to the beach took you to a snorkel pool that had hundreds of fish. Don't hesitate to book this unit.

Our overall experience in the condo was wonderful. The view from the Lani was outstanding and the state park at each end of the condo resort was a plus for the beachfront walk, close to snorkel pond and watching the sunrise.The condo was clean and furniture was welcoming. With the instructions for the new range in the kitchen it was easy to use and a nice touch. There was plenty of beach equipment in the locked storage room.All four of us that stay in this condo would rent it again.

Loved the location of this condo, central to almost everything. The condo was clean and comfortable in a very quiet area. The grounds and pool are beautiful. Woke up every morning to a stunning ocean sunrise. The management company was very quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Surprised that the condo does not have air conditioning but being on the east coast we always had a nice breeze. We learned to keep the windows closed at night with the fans on as the roosters roaming the island crow all the time.

We had such a great time here! The place had a spectacular view, was super clean, and felt like home! No complaints here! Was also super nice to be provided with beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Easy trip from the airport to the condo. It is a bit of a walk to the access point to swim but we mostly used our location to visit the island. The place has great beach items and beach towels which made it easy to visit different beaches. Quiet (except for the chickens) and it was still cool even without AC. The view of the ocean and sound of the waves was wonderful. Would stay here again without question.

Amazing property, gorgeous views and so relaxing. My wife and 2 girls stayed here after staying 5 days a a nice hotel for a work conference. We enjoyed the tucked away feel of the property and the convenience to the island. The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Minor maintenance issues, some cabinets don’t stay closed. Absolutely the best water pressure in the master shower. My wife fell in love with a hen and her chicks. That would come to the screen to ask for food when they knew she was there.

We loved our stay! Super roomy, loved our ocean view , and being in the ground level was really helpful with busy kiddos. House had all the necessities. Great laundry appliances too. Linens and beds were comfortable, not the highest quality but still comfortable. Really lovely pool! Walking distance to the lava pools and park at Lydgate and the Bridges. Amazing sunrises too! Would totally stay again! Oh and lots chickens, kitties and roosters. They were not an issue at all. Fun to watch. The Lanaii closest had tons of beach supplies too!
