We had a wonderful stay. It was a perfect spot for a young ladies (my daughter) bday . The pool area could use some lights for the evening time. We did really enjoy the location and would recommend this place to others.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Jungle Villa. We were stayed while my husband worked in the area, so this was not a vacation for us. However, we were very pleased with the home and grounds. Such a private oasis! Definitely recommend!
Great location and very private area. Good place to just relax and hang out but also not terribly far from fun things to do. The pool was nice and the water was clean except for a solid amount of debris from trees and such - it could stand to be vacuumed out. Also the pool skimmer was kind of broken but we did our best and cleaned a lot of the leaves and dirt out ourselves. Really enjoyable experience overall and would love to stay here again!
Overall we had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful, very private and the house is set up nicely for a romantic getaway.
The home is mostly well equipped, but don't forget to bring you own games, books and an umbrella. We would also have appreciated a large umbrella over the pool deck chairs, as shown in the listing photos.
The pool seemed a bit dirty when we arrived, (paint missing and lots of debris on the bottom), but the water was clean and it was vacuumed out on the second last day of our stay. There was also a bee's nest under the concrete edge at one corner of the pool. We tried to leave them alone and stuck to the opposite end of the pool. I did get stung while sitting on the lanai one evening, we but understand that bees are very special in nature, so it's probably best just to leave them alone.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and were happy with the communication with the host.
We enjoyed our stay but were a little surprised at the distance from town.
At first it seems as though there is not much around in the way of restaurants or food stores but once you learn the neighbor hood you find options.

My stay at the Jungle Villa afforded me a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of life. Being located in a near rural setting, the sounds of nature and overall quiet restored my energy. The pool was an added plus. Overall, a great stay, to be sure.
