We had a perfect experience here. The property was clean and beautiful- the check in went very smoothly and check out was easy as well. Holly is a great host and available for anything you may need. We're hoping to stay here again the next time we're on island, it doesn't get better than this!

It’s a really quiet area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Great patio to sit and enjoy nature, home itself is open and comfortable, love the walk in closet with its dual shelves and the walk in shower with dual shower heads. Master bed very comfortable and soft. Enjoyed my stay and looking forward to the next staycation. Thank you.
We had a fabulous stay! We were so sorry to leave this lovely place. The back patio was the perfect area for us to read and drink tea and coffee while listening to the birds and frogs. The bathroom and kitchen were huge! Everything was also very clean. Holly was also there to greet us at 10:30 at night - we arrived late. We recommend this accommodation 100%!
My dad and I stayed here. Holly is a great host. The place is immaculate and up to date. Plenty of space in the living area and kitchen. Really, every room is spacious, even the walk-in closet. You wont find anything better for this price. We couldn't have been happier with our stay! Thank you again Holly!
It felt more like a private cottage rather than a home addition. Peaceful, fallen to sleep every night to the natural sounds of the island. Entire place was modern and updated. Kitchen was a joy to cook in and the bathroom felt like a spa. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
This space has a lovely kitchen, living room, large bedroom, storage closet, sizable bathroom and large shower. There is a back porch sitting area too.... Two TV's, large fridge, micro, dishwasher......even free laundry within the garage. It met my needs and was wonderful to return to each day. I stayed 8 nights and was sad to see my time there slip away......
Our stay was so relaxing in this well appointed home. It was so nice to rest on the lanai and enjoy the peaceful & quietness of the area after a long day visiting the beautiful sites that the east side of the island has to offer. Would stay again.
I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with our stay here. The location is perfect for those who want to get out of the city but still be within a short drive of Kea’au and Hilo. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and fully equipped with anything we would need. The king bed was very comfortable and bathroom was more than needed for two people. Our host, Holly, was more than accommodating. She was quick to respond if we had a question about the area or needed something. The property is fully fenced in with an electric gate so security is never an issue. In our many stays at VRBO locations, this one rises to the top as our favorite. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
Loved our stay in the Big Isle. We loved how spacious this place was for 2 people. Very clean, big walk in closet, dual showers/sinks. Also had a nice lanai. Great kitchen. And they even provided beach chairs and umbrella. Will definitely stay here again.
We were visiting the Big Island, and we made sure to stay at Holly's home again because we knew our vacation time would be well worth it. She is a great host!!

Great location, friendly host, great and big kitchen. Out of the world shower. Very nice bedroom and spacious living room. It has everything you need. Very quiet neighbourhood. Short drive to everything I need to see, to swim and to eat.

This apartment was so clean and beautiful - we felt like royalty staying here. We were able to do a much needed load of laundry which was greatly appreciated. Thanks for everything Holly!
We enjoyed staying here. Very clean and comfortable. Great for us as we just retired and wanted a place to go to that was a home away from home. Great tourist location. Holly was very welcoming and answered any questions we had.
It's a new huge place, about 800sqft, full equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, king size bed, double walk-in shower, big walk-in closet plus a big covered patio (close to 200 sqft) with furniture.It's a bargain It's a bargain

Our stay here was nothing but amazing. Holly’s place is gorgeous, spacious and perfect for our stay while exploring near the Hilo and Volcanoes National Park. I can not say enough about how amazing this property was. So neat and clean, we did not want to leave. If you are looking for somewhere to stay on the Hilo side of the island, look no further than this beautiful property!

Holly's 1-bedroom VRBO was exactly as described - beautiful and spacious with a lovely back patio, huge shower and large walk-in closet. Holly was a very gracious host - check-in was a breeze. We would definitely stay there again.

Holly’s house is very clean, modern and spacious and well appointed. Holly was a very good host. We didn’t like the surrounding area much but if you need to be in Hilo or nearby, this is the place to stay.
This was a perfect accommodation for us. Very specious one bedroom condo with full kitchen and useful amenities. Very clean, nicely decorated with high quality mattress and bedding. Huge backyard with covered sitting area, ample parking. Good neighborhood, close to stores and downtown. Our host Holly was exceptionally good. Very attentive and quick to response. Easy to interact and connect. We would definitely come back and stay with Holly for longer duration. Highly recommend for future visitors to Hilo. Thank you!
Modern, clean apartment with all necessities. Host was responsive, unit was very clean and kitchen had top of line appliances.
From check in to check out, everything was great. Holly was a pleasure to work with. The unit more than met our expectations. She will, for sure, be our go to when we return to the big island.
