Everything was great except for the bed. Very uncomfortable, the sofa same. Just a little change would have been an amazing trip.
Location was great, and a beautiful long beach steps away. Easy base to roam the island. Beach chairs on the balcony were helpful to use, as well as lovely snacks left in the kitchen.
Place was very clean but smelled musty and shower curtain smelled moldy. Otherwise, great and easy place.

Very clean and well managed condo at the Islander of the Beach. We stayed at other condos in the same complex, but this is best in terms of amenities and facilities. Provided beach towels and beach chairs. Comfy bed and pillows. Special thanks to Vacasa for great communication and help!

The place was very clean and well maintained. Very close to the beach . The one thing we liked about this property is that it has its own marketplace which makes life easy to find food and do shopping.

I loved that we could see the beach from our balcony and walk to it within two minutes. I also loved the fact that it’s located next to an amazing marketplace. We walked over there often to shop and eat. The towel exchange service was super helpful, and the host left a bowl of Hawaiian goodies on the table. Loved that. :)
This is a very nice location, but the pull-out couch had notable mold and mildew on it. After texting Vacasa twice, workers from the resort came, looked at it, took photos, and left, telling me the mattress could not be cleaned but a new mattress would be ordered. I followed up the next day. Vacasa told me workers had cleaned the mattress but had not. They then came with new linens which did nothing to clean the matttress and the Vacasa rep texted that there were no spare mattresses, one would be delivered from Oahu and wouldn’t arrive during our stay. I explained that as an asthmatic it was unacceptable for me to be exposed to mold and mildew for the next five nights but was told nothing could be done. So we were forced to live with the situation and had to leave the balcony door open to air the place out to reduce the smell of mildew. Since the situation would not be fixed, I asked for a partial refund. After chasing them down about this, I was told there would be a partial refund. We received only 118 for exposure to mold and mildew throughout our 7 day stay. So, less than 20 USD a day for our stay. Knviously they didn’t care.
Nice property for a few days. Good value. Convenient location to tour island. No complaints.
Unit is super adequate for 2 people and was clean when we arrived. No problems and owner was quick to respond to text messages. Thanks for a great trip

Loved: access to beach and market; quiet and effective air conditioning; comfortable bed and well-equipped unit: beautiful grounds and excellent staff.
Well stocked studio. Comfortable bed, nice efficiency kitchenette, beach chairs/towels/boards/cooler, etc.
Great location. Well maintained grounds. Nice pool with a bar. Friendly/helpful staff. Close to lots of beautiful beaches. Easy access to restaurants, groceries, etc.

We picked this condo because of its proximity to the beach, which was a short walking distance. The condo was clean but the drain in the tub was slow, the refrigerator was noisy, and the tv was a bit difficult to use (I wish that it were a smart tv so I could’ve signed into an app). Plus, a stove would have been nice.
All in all, it was a good stay.

More than one coffee filter for a three day stay would have been good.
Wifi didn’t work upon my arrival but a quick text to Vacasa and it was dealt with only 90 minutes later.
Beautiful property and area, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean and spacious with a great view.
If you're not back by early evening it is difficult to find a parking spot onsite.
Would suggest placing some sort of rubber mat under mattress to prevent constant sliding.
