Limited hot water for shower
This Bali Kai condo was in the perfect location for us. Close to town and the beach. Check n was extremely easy and the condo was very clean with a well appointed kitchen. We would love to stay here again
Convenient location. Unit is next to Alii road and noisy. Also, there were ants and bugs ib the kitchen cabinets, drawers counters and under the sink. The unit need to have an exterminator treatment.
We enjoyed our stay, especially with the beach pretty much being our backyard. The atmosphere was very chill. Terry was nothing but kind and generous our whole stay. The pool was right outside of our door and was always available to take a dip in and relax. I absolutely loved chillin on the balcony when we got in at night. Everything about our trip was great and Terry made sure he was available for us at anytime. Can’t wait to visit the island again!
The condo is described as oceanfront. While the condo building is on the ocean, this condo fronts onto a very busy road. If you stay here, you will not hear the ocean. Rather, you will hear lots of very loud trucks, motorcycles, and cars. The owners photos and description are very clever in not showing this flaw. Stay someplace else!
This condo is very well appointed with all of the comforts of home! It is in a convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. It had everything I needed for a Hawaiian vacation. The hosts are easy to get ahold of, and forwarded all check-in information early on, so I had everything I needed for a smooth check-in. I would definitely stay here next time I am in Kona!
We loved honu's place, they had great space plus nice welcoming touches when we arrived. Was also really nice that they have snorkel gear and boogie boards in the box on the patio that we could use and didn't have to rent!
The place was welcoming and comfortable - close to kona and right on the ocean however the unit is overlooking the road rather than the ocean side of building. Not a big deal as the road wasn't usually too noisy, but it did make the patio less pleasant to sit outside due to the traffic.
Overall though we had a lovely time and the place was well appointed and clean, plus had everything we needed and more! Would 100% come back again. Mahalo!
Sliding glass door gets you outside to the pool. Clean room, comfortable bed. Great stay.
