The Sky Ala Moana ascends to an impressive height of 400 feet, overlooking the vibrant Ala Moana/Kapiolani Corridor. This specific unit has undergone significant upgrades, and the entire building reached completion in 2023. Beyond the contemporary and urban features of the structure, it provides a connection with nature through the surrounding weather, beach, and environment.

• Private Lanai. Breathe in the fresh air on the spacious 91 sq. ft. lanai as you revel in the panoramic view.

• The building does routine AC maintenance, plumbing (water shut down) and pest control and you'll see notices in the elevator, we will try to remind you too.

• Noise: This unit is on the 16th floor so it's quite high from the street but it is facing the city view which has traffic and a lot of cars. So you may not hear noise but you may, if you're sensitive. The AC units in the building are all similar and not 100% noiseless. If you're sensitive to any noise, you may want to consider other options.
