A very quiet, secluded location. Right on the water.
The condo was very clean and nice. For some reason the owner had the ac unit restricted so we could not control the temp or fan speed. Prop Mgmt company was great and brought in a portable ac unit once they saw the setup. Common area out back door is close and small so you'll have people from the pool, lounge chairs, grilling, etc. in the backyard/ocean view area out your door. Still a great location so just an fyi so you can decide if that's an issue for you. Easy beach access at the park next door.

Originally had a different hotel. Was overbooked. But perfect stay apologized and put me into another unit that is very nice. Beach front. Relaxing on the porch And I got to see the whales jump 3 times. That was pretty neat to see.
Over all it was great.

Thank you for hosting us. It was very beautiful cozy beach facing home. Loved waking up to the sound of waves and birds. So quiet and pleasant and the house is right in between the south & east beaches. House is very well maintained and enjoyed how every corner was used to the fullest. The kitchen was completely user friendly and very well equipped.
We definitely would visit again!

This place is gem! We got a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and plenty of towels and supplies made our stay truly at home. We couldn't have asked a better place for our stay. Highly recommend to anyone planning a short or long trip to Maui!
The place is very accurate to the listing description, great location, easy access to the airport Kaanapali Kihei. Away from all the busyness and give you a true vacation feel.
Perfect location for quick access to the beach! Also close driving distance to west side, south side, and Wailuku areas of Maui.
The beach is right on the patio so that was great. Like other reviews have mentioned, this is the only condo with easy access so most people lounge close to your patio.
There was broken glass in the condo when we checked in and was communicated by email and msg but we just got automated response. The shower needs a door. A small vacuum would have helped us clean up better.
We stayed here in early April, and didn't have any issues with people gathering in front of our place or loud kids in the pool. Beach access is pretty easy and we loved morning walks with the sunrise. When we were there the place was pretty quiet and the beach felt very private/not crowded at all.
Cons:
-The AC wasn't the strongest and would turn off every 4 hrs.
-We did see a few cockroaches around the complex
It was a beautiful oceanfront condo. Condos were cramped. "Common area" was literally directly in front of our condo. People put their tents and lounge chairs and sun bathed blocking our view. It was unbelievable. Severable parties happened at night although everyone was quiet by 9. I felt badly for others because it was literally the only place they coukd gather. The pool also was also right out in front only a few feet away. The upside was you could walk right onto the beach to get away. That part was beautiful. Turtles and whales could be seen from yoir beach and you could swim in the ocean and snorkel nearby.
Pros: Steps from the sea wall for great whale watching from the small lanai. Friendly community of guests mingle at the convenient grilling area. Located near the aquarium and several restaurants, or an easy drive to Kehei. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows (but we could have used an extra blanket or comforter). Beach chairs, cooler and beach towels appreciated . Kitchen seemed well stocked, but we didn’t cook so can’t really comment on the cookware or appliances. Unit was clean.
Cons: As others have noted, the unit is near the small pool and area where guests lounge. We could hear loud conversations from sunbathers and kids screaming in the pool. Beach not easily accessible for everyone. The tv/cable was a bit challenging.
Overall, this was a good value and we would recommend if you’re looking for a place away from the crowds.
