The property was nice, everything was updated and the area for the most part was clean. This was our first vrbo a week into our trip and we were all looking forward to doing laundry, but unfortunately the washing machine was covered in mold. I reached out to the 3 communication channels, none of them responded till the next morning when it was time for us to check out. Honestly this was the only thing that upset us about our stay, but it was a very huge reason why we picked the property so we could do laundry halfway in between our vacation on all the islands. They did get back to me saying it will be cleaned for the next users so it shouldnt be a future problem. Unfortunately it did hinder part of our stay. If you stay here i recommend leaving the washer door open until it is dried out so the next guests are able to do laundry!

Comfortable and spacious condo, close to everything but also far enough out from downtown to be quiet and calm. Nice secluded private lanai patio with seating including a picnic table. Easy parking. Beach and pool equipment available including towels. Pool was nice.
We enjoyed the condo, it was clean and nicely furnished, with extra amenities for things like laundry soap, etc. We enjoyed the little garden outside the patio, and ate our dinners out there! Checkin was easy, everything waiting for us.
This condo was absolutely perfect for our week in Kona! Very close to everything, well stocked w/ essentials including beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. Be sure to check the smaller closet in the bunk room!! The appliances were super nice, very much appreciated the filtered fridge water and “good” ice, and the washer and dryer were great!! Morning coffee on the Lanai was what I will miss the most. We would absolutely stay here again! Honl’s beach is definitely not the vibe, esp for young kids, but this location felt safe and was easy for our daily exploration to various beaches…our favorite was Kua Bay!
This condo is so beautiful and wonderfully located… very spacious and clean… our family of 4 adults had a great time in Kona… the beach is walkable… the pool is great… there was nothing missing that we needed… I would stay here again in a heartbeat… highly recommend

This was a beautiful new condo close the airport. It served as a great base for our adventures all across the big island and was conveniently close to the manta ray dive we took. Would absolutely stay here again.
The property is clean, centrally located & so thoughtful! The interior is clean & simple with island design touches which made it a delight. We especially enjoyed playing the included LPs on their cute record player.
The property includes beach gear (chairs, toys & snorkels). It was the perfect location for our family stay & the instructions from the management company were simple & easy to follow (even for two kids).

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The unit was clean, modern and spacious for our family. The two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lanai, and amenities (e.g. large screen tv in each room, beach chairs/umbrellas, coolers) helped with making the stay comfortable.
Property was clean and accurately listed. The condo was so cute and we loved the record player! Spent mornings on the lanai listening to the birds and planning our day. The location was a great launching point for many different experiences. We ended up visiting Waimea, Hilo, Waikoloa and (our favorite) Holualoa. Very easy walk or drive to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend grabbing a shave ice at Gecko Girlz and watching some volleyball. Overall a great place to stay!
Our family of 4 stayed here for a week to explore the Island of Hawaii. The house was very well supplied, check in was easy and it was all only a 4 minute walk to Honl Beach. We really appreciated all the sand and water toys, chairs, etc. It was an easy 20 minute walk to downtown Kona and quick drives to other great beaches. The pool is small, but lovely and the BBQ was a great addition.
The only drawback was that the lanai overlooks Ali’i Drive which can be a bit noisy as it is a very busy road. If you’re into car culture (or have a teenage son who is!), this might be a plus.
We would absolutely stay here again.
We stayed for a long weekend while my daughter had a swim meet in Kona, it was a great location. The beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked. Communicating with the manager was super easy and we had a wonderful time. It was also super fun to have a record player!
The condo was everything we were looking for. Close enough to walk to the main part of downtown, a small beach nearby, and great lanai! The pool was also very nice, and the property is well maintained. Would definitely stay here again on another Big Island visit!
