This location was very clean, and owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with.
The studio was quite nice, very well equipped kitchen with a nice small lanai for eating breakfast. It is a studio so it's small but was perfect for just 2 of us. We were not as close to a beach as I had anticipated but there were nice beaches in either direction and short distance away (10-15 minute drive)
Linda has created a peaceful and immaculately clean place to enjoy. The bed was so comfortable! All amenities were stocked well. Just perfect in every way. And communication with Linda was prompt and kind. We will be back - this is the best place we have stayed in Princeville!

We loved our stay here. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were so nice. We LOVED the massage chair after a long day of hiking. It got lots of use. We also enjoyed sitting on the lanai and having coffee overlooking the mountains. It’s hard to tell the view from the lanai but it’s a jungle/Mountain View. We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave.

We were blown away by how nice this place was and the location. It was our first time to Kauai so we had no idea where to stay. This place was in a beautiful resort area and has Ana amazing view right from the parking lot. Bed is super comfortable and the massage chair was great after a few long hikes. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed.
This condo is small but has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is comfortable. The view of the mountains and Forrest are so pretty. We would stay here again.
We had an excellent stay in your property. It was right on point with your description and all the reviews I read. What is described is what you get. The owner has the place prepared for pretty much everything you could need and some things we didn't even think about. Beach chairs, ice chest, boogie boards, snorkel gear...... The massage chair was over the top! After a long day hiking around the island that chair was heaven sent The kitchen was supplied with everything you could need. We had one minor issue with keyless lock (which is so convenient not having to carry keys). The battery ran low so I reached out to the host. She got back to me in less than one minute with the simple solution and a locksmith contact if there were any further issues. There wasn't. Overall it was a great trip and we made some great memories.
My husband and I absolutely loved this listing! It was so clean and cozy. We were sad to leave and will 100% come back. The massage chair was a huge plus and the balcony view with birds chirping in the trees was beautiful. The bed was so comfy as well! Linda was a great host!

Great place and great host. Undersold if anything. We dealt with a bit of an unexpected construction zone. The host did everything in her power to make of comfortable and happy. Would return for sure.
