We loved everything about this place--from the comfortable living space to the pool to the air conditioning, it was perfect!
Quiet, nice place with a good view in a good location.
Nice place right off Ali’i drive. Parking was really nice and the spot assigned was easy to get in and out of. The unit was clean and well maintained. Also has elevator to access the second floor, which was very handy with the bags we had. My only gripe was not being able to lock the main entrance door using the code provided. We somehow managed to let ourselves in with the code, but from that point on, the same code would not reopen the door if it was locked from the inside. So, we just left the door unlocked for the couple days we were there. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
The host was great! Promptly addressed minor issues and gave great tips on things to do and places to eat. This is where we will stay if we come back to the island. Highly recommended!
This property was supplied with everything you would ever need for a wonderful vacation stay... short or long. The complex had a great social area with pool, jacuzzi, grill, ping pong table, pool table and putting green.
We absolutely loved the condo! It was in the perfect location, with a wonderful view of the ocean! It was clean and had everything we needed for comfort during our stay! Easy to access and had WiFi for when I needed to attend to work things. The bed was soo comfortable, and I really appreciated having access to a washer and dryer! I cannot say enough positive things about this place. If you're looking for a nice, quiet location to stay in Kona, look no further! :)

So many amenities and activities ... and what a delightful surprise that the cupboards were already stocked with items we'd need ! We hosted family in the BBQ and Rec Room areas - and everyone had so much fun - we'll be back for sure !!
Our family had the most amazing time at this condo. It was perfect for me and my wife who stayed in the master bedroom which had a king bed with bathroom and had access to the lanai. My mother and daughter stayed in the other room which had two twin beds. Plenty of snorkel gear, Beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs etc.
The condo is very well equipped for the stay! The pool area is absolutely beautiful and breath taking. They also have a nice recreation indoor room before you get to the pool, it has a pool table and table tennis, and a gym. Everything was so well put together.
Betsy is the best hostess I've ever had. She was very communicative and responded very quickly if we had any questions or concerns. When we arrived we realized one of the shower heads were broken, she and her husband came over the next day and fixed it right away. They are just lovely people and it was nice to actually meet Betsy and her husband in person. I am forever grateful for how much they made our stay amazing.
The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because we were really looking forward to using the community bbq grill by the pool area. We noticed the propane was out, Betsy contacted the onsite manager and it was replaced very quickly, however we were planning to BBQ two days after it was replaced and we had brought down all of our food to find the propane was out again. Betsy was very responsive, it is NOT her fault at all but unfortunately they were not able to replace it the next day. I saw another gentleman try to use it the next day and he was unable. I don't think the BBQ really works or someone is leaving the propane on and the gas is gone quickly. I informed Betsy of this and she informed the property management. It did not seem to be resolved during our stay there however.
Overall, a spectacular condo, pool area, and hot tub. 10 out of 10 will stay here again.
I had to stay longer than expected and Betsy was very accomdating and made adding the extra days easy. Thank you so much Betsy for everything!

Condo was good. It is older and could use some TLC, but it was acceptable. Good location with a nice view. Enjoyed ourselves. Would rent the condo again
